Thats not normal.
Are you sure they didn't send it alread?. So far everone I seen complaining about this long cashout times, they just didn't see the nxt arrived. Did you check the blockchain explorer? If you see it there, update your client.

Of course it's possible that it wasn't send yet. I myself not too impressed with dgex, in the last two days...

When did I ever say that people are gonna dump them, genius? Never. I simply said that all BILLION coins area already out, and only a fraction of them are being sold, at much MUCH higher than they were paid for originally. I actually WANT them to start dumping them so other people interested in the currency could start buying them at a lower price (not at 600,000% premium).
