People talk all the time; some insiders though may know better . If you watched the consensus presentation, there are some pretty serious people backing up this project.

I watched his talk at the conference and it sounds really exciting. Dan is definitely a top notch dev. This does sound a bit like NEM though, how they have ready made software available to make things easier to code than Ethereum

There is a slack channel and there are many post on steemit but no firm details have been released as of yet. Just speculation. This will be a much anticipated ICO. Hopefully we can keep this on the down low as much as possible to increase the odds of getting in.
