Crypto Finder interview EOS NY.

The Youtube channel ‘Crypto Finder’ recently interviewed EOS New York Co-Founder: Kevin Rose. This interview was a great opportunity for everyone to learn more about EOS and get a fresh perspective from one of the top 21 Block Producers.

Watch the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rk6---dd3c

USDEOS, a new decentralized stablecoin on EOS.

Today the USDEOS project has been announced on Twitter. USDEOS is a Decentralized Stablecoin System based on EOS.

The system uses smart contracts to generate the USDE stablecoin. With conservative Collateralization Ratios, the system neutralizes the potential crisis of confidence and allows the stablecoin to have a 1:1 peg with USD.
Currently the beta version is under testing.

Would be great if EOS price would finally recover. Check out this price prediction:

https://coincodex.com/article/2964/eos-price-prediction-possible-end-to-9-month-downtrend/
Jajaja but this platform must recover its buggy platforms
Look at this news and i amazed someone has found more than 60% of the total bug and vulnerability in EOS platform.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/five-critical-vulnerabilities-discovered-in-eos-in-2019-hackerone-data-shows

That makes sense if these platforms need a lot of audits.

Dan Larimer has left EOS. Again. Just like he did with steem and bitshares. I don't like this kind of business style when the main founder is leaving a new project when it's barely ready and move to another one. It's not excellent anyway and it needs a lot of work to be maintained and improved.

Why 15% Token Participation is Irrelevant

Recently, EOS New York published an article explaining their thoughts about the 15% threshold for Referendum Proposals.

According to the EOS constitution, a referendum needs no less than 15% vote participation among tokens to pass. In their article, EOS New York highlighted two main issues with the 15% threshold.

1. EOS token holders can shift their votes towards BPs that support the proposal. In this case the referendum would pass even if the 15% threshold is not met

2. ‘No’ voters are not incentivized to vote, as a ‘no’ vote could contribute to the success of a proposal rather than impeding it.

Information stuffing this. Each participant must understand that manipulation must take place on the cryptocurrency market.

yes leetcoiner, you are right: what could be the reason to leave (unfinished) every two years for a new project, abandoning investors who gave their money ?

Smart Contract Auditing Services

EOS42 announced they will be providing smart contract auditing services for EOSIO app developers.

Services Include:
- Static code analysis
- Real-time testing
- Benchmarking to find choke points
- Unit test bed to automate the code testing process

More Info: https://medium.com/@eos42/smart-contract-auditing-services-b30edee4c628

CREAMer says:
EOS-based dApps (especially gambling dApps) are constantly being hacked. It's not a problem with the EOSIO software, it's a problem with the dApps. The dApps need to validate their stability through smart contact auditing.

EOS memo can be seen on the wallet of EOS in the market, you can check it on there.

Cooperative Voting Infrastructure Bounties.

EOS42 started a new initiative to build important EOS Infrastructure, in partnership with some of the most prominent EOS proxies. The initiative is based over a bounty program, where voters can decide which projects they want to see released, by flexing their voting power.

Block producers who complete the development of the projects decided by the community, will receive votes from partner proxies for up to one year.
Currently proxies in partnership are:
- Chintai
- Investing With a Difference
- Colin Talks Crypto
- Freedom Proxy
- EOSVibes
- Tokenika
- Mereo
- Aneta_EOS
- EOS BP Ratings

The first two chosen projects are:
- Full History Solution
- Mechanism for testing the ability of paid standby producer to produce
