It is always the same discussion with XtraBytes believers. Just the name of the defender changed several times but the content is empty as it used to be due to missing releases for two years.
Funny how they got two years for anything to prove being legit but now it is expected to prove they are not though none of their claims can be approved after two years.

Mobile wallet is based on the old bitmox scam blockchain, it is not even the real XtraBytes blockchain they claim to have invented. What is this for? It is useless!

Tell me exactly what you are defending here when there is proven to be nothing for two years? Are you aware that nothing was released for two years?

Facts:

- No patents after 2 years

- No proof of the technology whatsoever after 2 years

- Team has lied to the community multiple times about patent submission and patent pending status

- No proof of having a legal team

- No proof of  Zoltchain

- No proof of POSign (and don’t even try to say XCite runs on it. What is in the code for XCite is useless fluff for appearance. It doesn’t do anything.)

- Lied about Mobile wallet release date (currently 3 weeks past due)

- Incorporated in an offshore tax haven known for money laundering and tax evasion, with strict secrecy clauses. They don’t give out personal information. Period. Insanely easy to incorporate and can be done in 3 days

- Waves listing still not complete after 3 weeks, when the platform is very easy to list on. But, yeah, Borz is some kind of coding god

- Borz, the coding god, has multiple failed projects under his belt

- CCR was in MLMs, one of which used his ‘Patent Pending Marketing’ technique - the same technique XBY has used.

- All testnets and XCite run on Bitmox code, making all tests pointless.

- All the ridiculous, grandiose claims the team has made about Zoltchain’s capabilities are just that - claims. Unverifiable and unsubstantiated. Claims of quantum resistance, yet no one from the team can answer any of the questions or criticisms from people. All go ignored. When someone brought up flaws in XBY’s claims and exposed it for being incorrect, the team ignored it. They answered with saying nobody ever said that it was quantum resistant. But they did. It’s on XBY github. So y’all are a bunch of liars.

There is nothing verifiable to prove it isn’t a scam, but there’s mountains of verifiable evidence that it is. If you could show proof that it wasn’t a scam, you would. With all the accusations made against Xtrabytes, who wouldn’t want to show proof and shut everyone up?

The accusations are true, CCRevolution/Dave Bergsma is a scammer, which makes Xtrabytes a scam as well since the team refuses to even allow the serious issue to be discussed. It is not a coincident that XBY holders have waited almost two years for patents when Dave prior to his involvement with Xtrabytes talked about exactly such a 'patent pending' stalling/marketing tactic.

Defending a project that has no significantly release ever made is far from any reasonable behaviour and is obviously anything related to a scam. It just makes no sense being emotionally involvement that much without anything existing so far to defend it that hard and ignoring all facts so far. This alone is the biggest red flag. And XtraBytes has a suspicious high number of fanboys with nothing released in the same time. What are you defending?

Who cares about that mobile wallet, honestly? All the scam accusations aside, Xtrabytes is now going forward with:


* KYC for STATIC nodes. This is of course an attack surface and causes the project to be even more centralized. And isn't it ironic that we all must respect the founders' right to anonymity, while they themselves impose KYC on others.
* A flat 10% fee for setting up a STATIC node. The company in other words hang on like a leech to the blockchain, siphoning funds.
* Various fees for building dapps, on trademark usage, and on patents and patent technologies. What developer teams would like to pay all this? None. They will build on other platforms like ETH.
* TRUST scores for STATIC nodes. This will be gameable. The more parameters included to calculate a trust score, the higher the probability of someone gaming the system which again makes the chain more centralized.
* Issuance of XIP tokens means even more money to founders/team members. Issuing XFUEL from thin air was not enough, the greed doesnt stop. Investors, look out for a fourth token for even more value dilution.

Even with the best mobile wallet in the world, the project can't run away from these bad fundamentals.

It's a mobile wallet. I have been in crypto for years without ever using one. Most people use desktop- or web wallets.
