this morning I was made aware of the fact that someone was spreading rumors that I was gone. To substantiate that claim this person said that I had changed my Bitcointalk profile in the past few days, changed the profile picture and removed any mentions of XTRABYTES. Well let me tell you that this could not be further from the truth. I am still actively developing in the background which is what I prefer. As to the bitcointalk profile, I changed the profile picture a long time ago when it was decided that all official communication would be handled by our communications team. I have no desire to use Bitcointalk to communicate, we have other channels for that. I haven't used this account in a very long time and forgot about the changes I made to the profile. But since this makes the people in our community insecure I have changed back my profile picture to the XTRABYTES logo to assure everyone that I am not going anywhere. I am still an active member of the XTRABYTES team. And although I have writen all the technical specifications the real driving force behind the project is our team. I will keep supporting the high level developments but the ultimate goal is to get an entire team of developers involved as soon as this is possible.
We have faced many obstacles already and we will probably face others in the future, but we have no intention to give up and we will overcome all these obstacle to bring something new to the world of blockchain and crypto.

But the good thing, XTRABYTES own Waves gateway will always be available, check this out https://waves.xtrabytes.global And nobody will delist XBY from DEX. DEX is cool, DEX is the future. Don't understand why people are still using centralized exchnages, perhaps by habbit.

well to be fair, i gave everyone ample warning with the knowledge i had in early 2018, the people who stayed it's on them really. I only really did it since I never really liked CCR after learning that he was in MLM scams and was treating XBY like one back then

I think it's best to take this project as a learning experience and invest in other more stable projects.

CCR simply lied to keep his "momentum" going after raising this project to 5k sats based on MLM lies. He has constantly misled the community while everyone believed that patents would save this coin. 2 years later and nothing has changed and the project has been constantly mismanaged. Borzalon refused to show the code to many front-end developers and many quit the project. A&A left the project due to CCR wishing to pump through unsustainable lies. This project will most likely drift into the annals of history with no hope of salvation

Looks very undervalued to me. It has real world value by providing decentralized shared storage. I've worked in IT for healthcare and insurance and both fields are plagued by online data breaches resulting in PHI (protected health information) exposure. This would be a game changer worth absurd amounts if even a small fraction of companies turned to this as a solution to secure sensitive online data.

They're using PoSign for blockchain technology. Multiple trusted nodes & multiple signatures = maximum security for the data being secured online. I think this is going to be an extremely attractive selling point.

The coin is not premined. It is not inflationary. Marketcap only 1.5M  so there is a ton of room for growth. Solid core devs. Enthusiastic community. Social traction. This coin is either going to grow organically or go through an extremely huge pump when a whale picks up on it's value and potential. Grab it now and thank me later.

XBY is a good coin, but as of now it is very undervalued, so far maybe the best thing to do for the team itself is the continuous upgrades and marketing, bounty promotion might help in order to maintain the community awareness, constant campaign is a good idea.

If you add something that the company does not like, they have all the rights to sue you and prevent you from publishing it. This is usually done for blockchains that aim for internal company use, nothing more than a better secured database. Using this way for a community coin is useless. With such a base there is no difference to any ingame gold in an MMO. Trustless value is not working this way when a central company has all the power.

XBY is not ERC20 token and never was, instead they have their own temporary blockchain, other projects usually have ERC20 before mainnet, XBY don't have (they have this temporarly chain https://github.com/XTRABYTES/XTRABYTES https://xtrabytes.global/explorer ). Stop posting these lies about CCR and Borzalom doing an ICO or controlling the XBY coins in the beginning. Everything was done transparently and all that happened was that C-CEX re-enabled trading (after the fork) from all the exact same individual accounts that held the XBY (bitmox) and they were able to start trading XBY (XTRABYTES). Borzalom and CCRevolution never touched or held any coins except their own. This is a well known and accepted fact right from the early days.

You just confirmed this thing is a bitcoin fork with proof of work removed for more than 2 years now and your wallet is running on this database without any consensus mechanism. One of your two leaders left the project months ago and the other one is a known MLM scammer. Your scam is going nowhere. Too bad you cannot moderate here like in your own thread where >600 posts were removed written by more than 28 people so far. You are trying to spread your lies to scam the people.
