Yes it is because they dont have any  early investment bonus so whether one invest on last day or first day he will have no advantage.

We received an offer from one of the Boston's venture-capital. They want to give us $1m for an exchange on some of OnPlace Inc. shares, and in addition provide us with anything that we need, including offices, staff, equipment, and whatever else we need to finish our platform with mobile apps (Android,iOS)
But that's not it. Right now we are negotiating with few large investors who want to participate in ICO, if we will come to an agreement than our crowdsale just might close sooner than some people think.
