Yes, one of the great advantages of Bitkouin is that anyone with Internet access can use it. Bitcoin gives financial independence. It does not matter whether you are rich or poor - you can in any case start earning money by working with crypto currencies.

What do you mean Illegal ? Make it legal in a sense of accepting as an official currency is that what you are talking about ? As far as I know laws regarding bitcoin in different country is limited if not none. Naturally it is legal to use bitcoin in many country because there is still no applicable law regarding to it and you will not go to jail if you use  bitcoin I guess ?

Precisely! What is important is the passion you have to be part of bitcoin and being able to perform the role.
