You guys can experiment with adding these to cgminer

Code:
-s 1 --expiry 1 --queue 0

No guarantee it will help.

Since I joined your p2p 1 hour ago I've only been able to scrape up 140 coins, added that and was about to get 175 more within a minute. I don't know what the hell that does and it's anecdotal but there you go.

Error is in the coin code. To low diff and to many hashers.

p2pool is to give an option for anyone here. I am currently sending cpu to p2pool and my "farm" does it solo rigth now.

Any idea why I am getting 0/0 with my CPU?

Blastbob, Im using your p2p pool to mine on a cpu, but the chncoin-qt program says that I have 0/0 accepted after mining for about 1 hour. Will i get a payment to your adress each time a share is accepted?

Reward system - http://eligius.st/wiki/index.php/Pay_Per_Last_N_Shares
So not PPS (pay per share)

And you should use cpuminer scrypt instead.

cgminer = AMD
cudaminer = Nvidia
cpuminer scrypt = cpu only

Just set it Up and by the way this is the first post for me out of the newbie section. New to mining but have been mining LTC very slowly on my 6850. I mined 1 block of Feathercoin and sold for 1 ltc! But switched back to LTC after finding no blocks for 8 hours. I have High hopes but wish there would have been an announcement and been released at all forums within at least 1 hour from each other. Staking my claim in CNH now!

Any coinage would help!!

How do you do solo mining though if your wallet is on a different computer from the miner?

You can only mine from the computer where your wallet is. Otherwise you need a pool.

That's not true.  See blastbob's post above.  I do it all the time.

Or you could use my little guide on setting up a private pushpool for scrypt coins.  Grin

Already got one running, just a few snags to fix

You mean the dam requirement for libboost 1.46?

Source would be nice, so one could compile to ones system    Cheesy

Instead i have to install Boost 1.46, because not even the mighty symlink would work...

Have you managed to install Boost 1.46?
