That is normal, because blocks are being found so fast. Just keep at it

I think I got it solo mining now using GUIMiner. My computer is working very hard from what I can hear.

But my question, I have now got Shares: 24 accepted, 24 stale/invalid. What does stale/invalid means? Is there something I need to change?
