the pool seems to give 100% rejects too.

will pools not solve latency issues?

how come bobs pool worked fine. I got all accepts on there?

do  i need to delete that config file i made for solo mining before using pool again?

i see 4 found blocks for pool 0 message in a row, whilst using this pool but it does not say accepted or rejected?

COME BACK BOB WITH YOUR POOL IT WORKED GREAT
Yea, this is very strange. I use the same settings like Bob.

i think it must be where the server is located makes big difference on this one

also is this stratum?

One possible contribution from CNC maybe stimulate to build a better decentralized pool mining.

I'm solo mining at the moment, and I've got 9 rejected and 0 accepted. Is this normal with a new coin? Or is my miner configured improperly? I'm using the same settings that I use for mining other scrypt based coins, but that was on P2Pool rather than solo mining. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Anyone? 15 rejected/0 accepted now Sad

My server is located in Germany. No stratum.

so this cgminer bat

cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://the-passion-node.com:80 -u CfjJiu2toWf7A4kPvLVm6raobGvRqDNoTS -p x -I

is incorrect?

do  i just remove the stratum bit?

Please post a correct bat for me to try. thanks.

AFAIK, they are rejected because other people get there before you, this is because new blocks are being created every 2 seconds. This is what I guess is happening anyway.

I have been at it since just after this thread started and have hundreds of rejects and just now hit my second block.

Sounds about right. So far I've only scored about 1/3 of the total blocks that made it into my wallet. Been solo mining the whole time.

This is just a dumb coin. The insane block speed means it's impossible to mine without a super low latency network. Doesn't offer advantages over any other coin, etc etc.
