Bitrated user: blastbob.
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Just a head's up that today's dividend is larger than I anticipated so I will need to wait for the real divs to clear in order to do payout.

I have not received my dividends this week from you... would this be due to the double payment last week?  I thought that got cleared up...  Last div that is showing up in my history is the 29th.
