Curiosity question, if you have X shares (where X is a multiple of 100), does this PT offer the possibility to trade them into direct shares?

Please refer to the asset description, this information is covered.

Thank you!

I must be reading over it (since English isn't my native language)

I assume this is the line which covers it? "Quantity and Source of Shares
Shares cannot be imported or exported by shareholders, but can be freely bought and sold. Shares may be imported at will by the issuer alone"

Which would mean "no, you can't convert to direct shares"?

Has AM vanished?
I saw the news of new usb blocks and cheaper blades but is there any other news?
Seems the stock has been on a steady drop the last few weeks.  Sad

Prices change, but that doesn't mean anyone has vanished.

People tend to dump when BTC/USD price rises, then they will buy back in at a lower USD thus increasing their BTC.
Nothing wrong with AM shares, they are a steady earner and seem to have a good long term plan.

profits shouldn't really be impacted when difficulty rises, IF the company is keeping up their hash rate growth with the rest of the community....

are profits not being reinvested in adding mining gear (as advertised)?

Not in simple manner. It's at least two months where hashrate didn't increased. Reinvestments are for future 2nd gen hardware and current mining gear production (for sale).

Under development Modular UPGRADEABLE Miner (MUM). Looking for investors.
Changing one PCB with screwdriver and you have brand new miner in hand... Plug&Play, scalable from one module to thousands.

I am sure TAT will allow transfers to AM100. What else would he do?

I am sure TAT will allow transfers to AM100. What else would he do?

He could move the whole security to BitFunder and carry on as normal. The way BTCT is set up was supposed to make exiting easy, since there was the whole GLBSE closedown disaster he put policies in place that would make it easy to keep an asset going even if the exchange went down.

Due to the announced closing of the BTCT.co virtual securities exchange, we have halted trading on this asset in preparation for a migration to TAT.ASICMINER on Bitfunder.com and/or AM100 on HavelockInvestments.com for all current shareholders.

We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience in this matter. We will be posting detailed instructions on the next steps for shareholders.

Yes, please provide instructions once you have a plan. Hopefully, a similar plan will be formulated for those also holding AM-PT shares at BTCTC.

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
