The market is rising artificially. The market is falling really. The price of the token is inflated only because of rumors of a Visa.

Turn off the computer. Step back. Come back in a week. See where the market is at.

I doubt MasterCard is interested in this line of work. Visa is in Mountain View... MasterCard is else where. Visa has experience in Crypto market, MasterCard does not. Corporations like that do not jump into business. They will wait and see how Visa does it for few years before jumping on something newer.

Think of ICO as Penny Stocks. Not Illegal, but there is risk. Anyone can call anything illegal. People came up with idea, organized it, put the team together, that's all it takes to make it legal.

That's not how that works. Underwriters look over the situation and try to cover all the basis. The point is to underwrite the contacts so there are no situations that have not been covers in the agreement. Both sides contribute and this is a team effort down the road.

If price will remain stable around this price than it will be good recovery before a big release which take little longer time than expected. MCO is nice project this is nice time to invest more so let's how this market will move in coming days it's too early to predict about this.
