I can't speak English very well but i CAN SPEAK ENGLISH and you are totally understand me as well. You should at least notice this rule in the forum rules for members, who are managed by these rules , to know about it. And about speaking English, you are racist sir. In most countries (US included), companies that trade Bitcoins onto the local currency would be regulated. More exchange companies will mushroom.
