Thanks for providing the link i will subscribe too watching on the development on this project hope this would be successful specially it will start on June 1. This project seems very interesting and do really have the potential. Keeping an eye of this one.

Seems a project with unique vision of creating business concept through blockchain platform. Blockchain implementation have been getting spread all around. Now this will surely make the blockchain implementation effective in the business development.The crowdsale too is provided with a good price and in terms of ETH, Which gets the attention of ETH users too.

Yes in an investment project, security needs to be improved so that investors do not feel hesitate to invest in the site, and DCORP has done well.

I hope that "normal" Token holders see some ROI at least

Crowdsale should be interesting to watch, we have just recently seen the Quantum project crowdsale and that generated a few hundred BTCs. I believe this project could generate even more than that in BTC terms even though the price is up from a few weeks ago big time

It's only possible to buy DRP by sending ETH to the crowdsale contract (not from an exchange). For people who don't have ETH we've published step-by-step instructions on how to buy ETH with other cryptos on the website.

Perhaps you refer to the section 'proposals' in the whitepaper, the fees for proposals are meant to compensate the B of D (and to eliminate spam). This ensures participation and is suppose to attract talent to the B of D, talented members are needed to manage projects in order to increase the success ration and thus the creation of value for the token holders. Also, the fees are adjustable through a shareholders vote and the members of the B of D can be elected, anyone is free to propose the replacement of a member of the B of D.

As described in the section 'Seed project > profit', two thirds of the derivatives exchanges' profit is transferred to DCORP's balance, it's up to the token holders to distribute the profits as dividend or reinvest it into new projects to generate more growth. Newly funded project can have a different profit distribution, such proposals will have to be voted on by the token holders.
