you may be right. but previously the web site was working. and the project continues in a very good way. has not yet entered the market. after entering we can see a different result. but it's not a system that works on a different project. and is being used by users.

Not sure if there is a dividend part here.But there is supposed to be a lottery held every time for TFL holders to park the token to get a few tickets.Can someone enlighten more on the dividend part and how can one claim using the TFL held on MEW.

That was an old story and I don't understand how people fell for such cheap scam.Trueflip had their lottery blockchain available before the start of the ICO and that was one reason to invest in the project.Price is below ICO but will bounce once we have the second lottery date from the team.

It's not below 0.5 btc it's dollar man, that is normal in the situation as most altcoins cannot progress due to the fact that people are selling their altcoins to buy bitcoin and this is the effect. Actually there is nothing to panic, in time when eventually it can attract bigger volume we will be able to see the ICO price.

It depends on what you mean of deception and fraud.
The blockchain lotteries are more safe of deception in the way of putting winner tickets after draw. It is impossible to make something like this because of technology.

But of course the owners may get money for tickets and don't withdraw the winning money back. This case may be in every lottery, not even on blockchain.

Well, the developers promised to do on the blockchain the process of registration of bets and payments - that's when can definitely get to know fraud or not. In the meantime, only the receipt of random numbers is honest.
