I modded the bios successfully and increased the mining speed to ~14.xxx mh/s with the following settings:
bios mod:
1750 timings -> 1875, 2000 max memory clock 2000 -> 2200
amd radeon settings:
gpu clock -> 1125 (underclock) memory clock -> 2000 fan -> 100%
ASIC is 65% and 75% so they run 60° and 53°. Memory is Micron 4GB. Could push the memory clock further now but I'm satisfied and let them work for 48h.
I think they could do 15.xxx mh/s but with much more power draw and heat dissipation.
And disable crossfire in amd tool, enabled by default!
Could you give me your original bios, I had broken my card after flash and can not restore with orginal rom. My card is Sapphire pulse radeon rx 560 4gb (with 6pin). Thanks.

So... with literally EVERYTHING being sold out I am thinking about grabbing some 2GB RX560 cards to mine other Alts... I am quite happy with my 4GB RX560 cards. They perform on-par with what I'd expect.
I cannot seem to find this on my own (pardon me if obvious)... but will Equihash, LBRY, and Lyra2Rev2 have issues with 2 GB memory ?
I have two 1 GB cards doing Equihash and they actually do quite well (some old 7850 I had).
I haven't spent any time with my 4 GB RX560s on other coins yet to see if I can tweak them... initially they are pretty weak on Equihash (as per my previous post) but I will play with it tomorrow.

So far this is about all I've found : http://zcashbenchmarks.info/ASUS RADEON RX 460 (ASUS DUAL-RX460-2G) 2 GB DDR5 1200/1750 MHz 116.5 Sol/s CLAYMORE'S ZCASH AMD GPU MINER V12.4 WINDOWS 7 x64 46.3 W nizzuu This is more than my completely un-tuned 560s are doing... so that makes me think it could potentially be worthwhile. It would be cheaper per amount of speed that Geforce 1070s at this moment.

What are your Settings? I've got the Gigabyte 4GB but haven't been able to get more than 11 Mh/s, even with overclocking.
This is what I have them set at : -dual=Decred -dcri 33 -tt 74 -fanmin 50 -fanmax 90 -mclock 2000 -mvddc 925 -cclock 1000 -cvddc 900

Sundownz, can you do a quick recap of your 560 please ?
- What brand/version is it ? - How many h/sec do you get while mining Eth with stock frequencies and then with modified bios/frequencies - Power consumption ?
I'm that close to buy 3 of them, wanna make sure I'm taking the right decision.
Thanks !

There is Sapphire RX-560 with 6 pin power. This board BIOS cannot be flash with any version shared here, by priviet and angel_v Tried to flash with Priviet Bios, no go. Modify any value in this 6 pin powered GPU, it will not start. Attached is the original bios for this board. Maybe some dumb questions but I'd be glad if someone could answer them: I own some RX 460 Red Dragon. Can I flash a RX 560 BIOS to it? And if so, can I flash any BIOS to it like the one quoted? Obviously I can but will it work or will it break my RX 460? Thank you guys in advance!

Thank you guys in advance! could you check in gpu z if you also have micron memory? i also flashed my 560 micron memory using priviets bios mod. im using an rx560 4gb non OC. meaning it has no 6pin pcie external power. only the mobo pcie. aftter the mod, im getting a stable 13.9-14mh/s. thank you priviet. oh and there is a warming up phase. my card starts at 11mh/s then jumps to 14 after a while and stays there. im at 63 degrees at 55% fan. ambient is around.. i dunno not cold, almost warm. im in southeast asia. im actually happy. i got this for $120. all 470/570 and up are sold out in my area, second hand cards are running for $280-300+ and i cant pay for that much. i'd rather buy 2 of these and call it rx570 2 card version. oh i do have a 470 4gb g1 gaming and its doing 28mh/s so yeah, it is half the hashrate for half the price. but i got my 470 for $135 though after MIR around feb. lol.

How did you modded successfully? I have the same card i am doing the same mod 1750 timings -> 1875, 2000 then install the 17.5.2 driver but cant install the driver and get an error 43. Does anyone know where I made the mistake? drivers past 16.X.X now checks for modded bios and disables them. you need pixel clock patcher https://www.monitortests.com/atikmdag-patcher-1.4.5.zip what it does is patch your driver and makes the modded bios work. my 560 is now working getting 14mh/s thanks to priviet's mod

Hi! Thanks. Is your card a Sapphire Pulse ITX RX 560 like the one from priviet or is it a different model? All my cards have micron memory. But they are 460 not 560 so that's why I'm a bit scary to flash a 560 BIOS to them.

uh.. does itx mean its not the OC version? here's mine https://ibb.co/bYwPtQ i think we're the same because i did not see him mention that he has a 6 pin it think it's alright. because accdng to buriedone ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKM60VVIfRg&t=542s) it doesnt matter if its 400 or 500 series. what matters for bios modding is you have the same memory type and memory size as stated in 2:06 to 2:10 so yeah, i think you'll be fine. just have a backup file of your original bios.
