If anyone interested, I can offer bios for Sapphire RX560 4GB OC - now @ 14,7mh/s
zero incorrect shares for me.

Honestly, there is no 100% BIOS for anyone as each card is quite different (I have 2 and with one, I just cannot reach more than 14,4mh/s with 0 incorrect shares).

For 0.01ETH Wink

Hynix or micron memory?

Micron (I tried your mem strap, but it does not bring me any higher mh/s than I have with my bios)

Thats strange, as Sapphire is usually considered better than Gigabyte...but maybe its just luck

Left is hynix, right is micron

Definitely luck as it seems, have 2 same cards (SN is just +1) and one card is definitely little worse. Honestly, for now makes heat most problems for me, as in my rig I have cards right side by side (because of PCI-e slots are so close to each other and still waiting for PCI-e riser to solve it. I dont actually think that +0,5-1mh/s matters considering time spend with tuning bios (I guess you will agree).

Ethereum-wise, probably not...I guess its just toying with technology...much more people use RX570/580 cards and
I often saw people going from 29.8 to 29.9 and cheering it as some kind of victory
Just check threads about those cards Smiley

I have similar configuration as you do, 2 cards in my PC, and one in main pci-e x16 conenctor have heat issues too, as
rest of system is very hot 8320E CPU and also very hot motherboard VRMs...

Everything should run much betetr on pci-e risers during this hot summer (32C in my PC room)

Can anybody show me an example of the xfx 560 single fan model hitting 14/15 with Hynix or Micron? I'm convinced that there is something fundemantally different about this model - I can't get past 13.5 with Micron or 12.5 with Hynix.

Jesus there are some greedy people in this thread.

Trying to sell modded BIOS' for 0.1BTC or 0.85 ETH - fuck the fuck off!

It takes 5 minutes to watch a youtube video (or search a forum, this thread is a good start) and mod & flash these BIOS' yourself.
Then a bit of effort to test and tweak your cards, which if you are serious about this is a joy not a burden.

As if miners aren't taking the piss out of each other enough already with the resale prices of cards (saw somebody on Ebay asking £500 for a 4GB RX470 Nitro+ just last week) now they are trying to cash in on newbs for something that they could do themselves with 5 minutes of research.

Where has the team spirit gone?

team what?  Cheesy

100% agree though. I've see some idiot trying to sell a 4 card mining rig (470/480s) for like 2500$. Told him it was complete bullshit, like it would take over a year to ROI on that poor thing and it was maybe worth 1000$ tops. He assured me it was worth well over 2000$ with all the time and effort...offered him 150$ per card, never responded back lol

I'd agree with you about a week ago, now when I see someone asking 0.85 ETH or 0.1 BTC, I cheer them and say "go for it"

Hello everyone,

I have been watching the progress of your analysis on the RX 560 4GB and I would like to share my findings, since I have 2 units of Sapphire RX 560 Pulse 4GB myself.

My stats are as follows:

Miner: Claymore 9.7 Dual Mining - ETH + DCR
Current hash rate per card: 13.7 MH/s (ETH) + 365 MH/s (DCR)

I'm running for more than a month already both GPUs with the following settings (BIOS Modded):

- 1500 Strap to 1625, 1750 and 2000.
- MemClock increased from 1750 Mhz to 2017 Mhz (maximum safe without memory errors - validate with HWiNFO64)
- Increased Max Power Limit to 85
- GPU Core timings - all decreased and last one is 1120Mhz (minimum GPU Core) [Could be lower I think, but decreases dual mining]
- Max GPU Freq. = 1400 Mhz
- Max Memory Freq. = 2200 Mhz
- Decreased Max. Temp in FAN and PowerTune to 82ºC and decreased the overall FAN + Temps settings so it maintains the temperatures down.

- This is a very stable reesult, running for many days.

I have also pushed the memory clocks up, until 2150Mhz, but after 2025 Mhz it gets unstable and crashes the miner. I managed to reach 14.9 MH/s (ETH) + 400 MH/s (DCR) in Dual minig but totally unstable after a few minutes.

I hope it helps you guys getting a few more MH/s from your cards.

For any donation or something, please reach me by PM.
Thank you!

Any have issues getting voltage control to work in afterburner with 560's?   I tried different drivers / beta versions of AB but no luck so far.  I know you can manually edit profiles/cardcfg but that doesn't give you the "power" graphs too :\

Hello,

In MSI Afterburner it doesn't work. I had changed it all over PolarisBiosEditor and checked the running values with HWiNFO64.

HI

first of all i was following this thread from the start and i am giving a big THANK YOU to all of the people who shared their experience with the cards. Because of you i am getting stable 13,8 - 14 MH/s and i am truly happy with it.

I will share something more if i am sure about it.

But now i have a problem.

I have 12x sapphire RX 560 4GB Micron.
My Mobo is: Asus Prime Z270-P Gaming

I was working with only 4 GPU's because i am still waiting for more risers and psu.
Yesterday i got the rest of my cards. I flashed everyone with the working modded bios (and saved the original).
When i connect 6 cards (one on the mobo and 4 with risers), i can see the cards in the hardware manager, but only 2 of them are working. The other 4 has a yellow circle.
I tried to flash the original again and reinstall the driver. Also right click, update driver and choose the C0316027 file. Nothing worked.
I tried with 5 cards. Also 2 working and the other 3 not.
But when i only connect 4, they work.

The risers are fine, i tested them all. Also all the gpus are working.

Whats the problem? and how did you manage to get 6 gpus working?

Thx for your answer.

I enabled it, but when i start my windows i only got a black screen. I couldnt see anything. So i disabled it again.
I did not change anything else in the mobo bios.
and i forgot to mention. Its error code 12 on the gpu

Hope someone can help me to get all the gpus to run ~~

i think the 560 are not bad

but i m so disappointed  for my last 2 buys, i buy 460's because i found some cheaper)

but my 460 ring is very bad  it s msi 460 4G without power connector (stuck on 11mh)
the ram is very bad  only 1 gpu is able to overclock the ram , the other they fail if you past 1750  (even they crash at 1750 with  modified traps)

and i bought 2 x 370 4G asus , oh my good why did i buy this ?  it s  a very bad gpu and more expensive than the 560

i have some 270 2G msi what did a pretty good job (18.2mh on exp) , so i assume it was mostly the same gpu  but it should be named a 360 not a 370 lol , it s lagging some shaders

the 370 memory did overclock pretty good (1400 to 1525) but problem it doesn't nothing on the speed lol , i don't understand why ? it has more bandwidth
does only 10mh on eth  and 14.8 on exp (far from the 18 of the 270's)
