It's because of your antivirus software, which anti virus are you using?  If it's avast follow these instructions....I had to learn the hard way, so I'm sharing this knowledge so y'all don't have to suffer the way I did.

1.  Click on the wallets page
2.  Right click on the operating system e.g if you have a windows desktop right click on that and "copy link address"
3.  Open Avast and go to settings
4.  Open settings and go to exclusions
5.  Paste it under URL
6.  Also once it's downloaded do not open to run, go to the folder it was downloaded to and copy the .exe to make another exclusion.  
7.  Add .exe file to avast as exclusion
8.  Press ok
9.  Run file

The security software may want to block anything in the "roaming" folder, I suggest you make an exception for that and your "temp" folders too.

It's not the supply that matters, it's the value behind it.  Look at Ripple with billions of coins and yet it's around $2 a coin.  If this currency is used and adopted by large swaths of the population because they value it as a medium of exchange then it will sky rocket.  Which is why I've been very bullish on this coin for several months now.  It truly is a hidden gem.  I only wish they'd have Masternodes.

Just personally speaking the reason Onix went down is because of this news

However, Onix is already established, I haven't read anywhere that the government is going to move against it.  Even though BTC, ETH etc are established, from sources, the Govt is trying to crack down on these.  So with Maduro's currency out, it's only a matter of time people will need a crypto in Venezuela to trade for Fiat in USD etc.  Onix can step in and cover that market. 

Just my personal thoughts, don't take my word for it, research it for yourself.

This is hard to happen if the community is not large enough and there is no push from within. Ripple and other giants have a huge user base due to their huge community.
