Can bitcoin hit 3500$ in 2018? ???

The current price is around $2240 and it seems like bitcoin price $3500 can be achieved immediately and not to wait the year 2018, a week ago bitcoin has reached $2650, but unfortunately the price down again.

There is a reason behind current short term downtrend. In this hawkish market everybody wants to buy bitcoin on low price.If everybody is going to buy who will provide that kind of liquidity to buyers? In efficient martket theory correction should continue with whipsaw to hit buy stops. Only after that correction i will look for "excuses" to buy it again.

Sometimes theories and doctrines are not applicable to crypto currency. It goes its own way and the price is often unpredictable. A few days ago, many do not believe that the price will reach a very high level.
I believe that the wife will reach 3,500 in a few months

The thing is, let's not score such forecasts. And you need to have at least some conviction in this. Though the forecasts are really very good for the future and you can even invest in Bitcoin for the future, But today you do not really want to risk.

My target by end of 2017 would be $5000 levels. Still, I do believe bitcoin may find its own path of reaching $10k levels too by end of this year. Based on this in 2018 we can expect prices to reach $20k to $50k. We can be sure about reach $20k in 2018 when this year, we are seeing at least $5000 to $8000 levels.

In the previous post i notice that theres a 50/50 chance the value of 3500$ will hit bitcoin in 2018 but i think it will hit that value this 2017 early because yesterday no one expect that the price of bitcoin will hit 2500$ in a couple of a days well what we can do is to wait

from the nature of bitcoin and from the previous rally i think we can conclude that the price of bitcoin will hit 3500 USD in next few days. i think we do not need to wait for such a long time. because in 2018 it is expected that the price of bitcoin will cross 5000 USD level, because there are a lot of good news are waiting for us.

Nothing wrong with being an optimist at heart, but at the same time we need to try to be realistic about the price, bitcoin will need to make an enormous jump in those few days in order to reach that price, bitcoin will need to jump 300 to 400 dollars a day to make that prediction come true.

We have now stability in price in that will remain as it is for next several weeks and then we will start to going up again.
My expectation is that we will reach this price in September dont think it will be sooner.

I have seen you make outrageous predictions before, and each time you were far off with your predictions as there is no real logic behind them.

Even with the activation of SegWit I can't see the price go up much higher than the $4000 mark. If you are so sure of yourself, why don't you go ALL IN at current prices?

I rather see the price go up in a stable but more sustainable manner, than looking how the price peaks, and then gets dumped down. Quick peaks never last.

Yes ,hitting 3500$ will be just another accomplishment for bitcoin and that too before 2018,and is one of the most expected things of bitcoin is to reach at least 3000$ and the rate be near to 5000$.Here again bitcoin's true potential is put into test and i hope  that bitcoin wouldn't fail to amaze the world yet again!

Given the previous pace on how we got at $2000, it is possible that $3500+ would be reached by the end of July however that alone is a pure guess without basis. But certain indicators and factors might drive prices up within the coming months, especially July since Aussies already have their bitcoin taxes reworked. Not only that, more and more money is flowing in worldwide compared to 2013 where everything is artificial.

Summer months is known to be quiet and boring for traders.In July the whole world markets will be dead,traders only will come to markets after August.So we can go back to volatile markets with September extreme level which will be start line for rally to 3500$

Everything is possible now cuz price again going up slowly. If we see another month like last one then we can see this time price going over 3000 and that it wont go back down hard. Think this is the ride for 3500 this time maybe sooner then i anticipated.

In my opinion $3500 by the year 2018 has got maximum chance, because digital currency experts have mentioned the ongoing price increase as a wave that's happening after the year 2013. Similar things wish expected to happen in the falling year, so if that takes place sure we'll reach $3500.

From the looks of it and the trend of market, we do not need 2018 to come for bitcoin price to hit $3500.  If this price increase continues we can see Bitcon price hit $3500 even before this third quarter ends.  And if we look at the events, it simply show Bitcoin in bullish position with the Australia acceptance this coming July.  Added to this are the Big player in Japan that are yet to establish their Bitcoin participation.

I think so that bitcoin will hit $3500 in 2018 during the year end months of october to december. It will be a challenging part of bitcoin history soon, and we will encounter big drop before that happens. If that price will be reach to the top of digital currencies, bubble price speculation also becomes trending on most of the forum speculators creating gossips and rumors. Just like what we are experiencing of todays price of $2000, many speculations been circulating thinking about the price to crash; but people doesn't fear and in fact they're willing to take the risk.

Yes, it's possible to hit $3500 in 2018. But it think it's too early to predict the price of bitcoin for 2018 right now. We have 6 months left and the first 6 months in this year is really great for bitcoin. The bitcoin price increase so high. I hope the 6months left will same like the last.

I agree that holding your bitcoin is the safest way to get profit especially now because bitcoins price is in the stage of increasing besides your invested money in bitcoin might be double. Furthermore, I guess not only 3500$ will bitcoins price will be in 2018 but 4000$ or more. Yet, I think even in this year bitcoin can attain that amount.

If this support still remains with bitcoin, then I believe that $4k is reachable before the end of 2017, as daily new people are coming in bitcoin world and are buying a piece of this new Internet money and holding hoping to become rich.
So if this pace is kept constant than this goal will be reached before 2018 very easily.
