Loss almost 40%, should stop trading or not ?

Today, i decided not to trade altcoins for now. As i see, there's no way you could earn big enough from trading. I suggest spend only your 40%-30% of your portfolio. Altcoins are aIl sleeping. I feel frustrated right now because i loss big amount. But it's okay tho. That's part of the game.

its sadly for us which still keeping altcoin, as far as we know, altcoin have down too far following bitcoin price. i am loss to but i am not cut loss my altcoin and i still keeping it. i am sure that this is just temporary situation because of many news about segwit of bitcoin and many trader is panic. i think they are confuse to still hold btc and altcoin or to sell their btc and altcoin. but all decision is up to you and only us that will know what is the best for us.

When the price of bitcoin is down a bit it will make a big effect to the price of altcoins, that is the trend but when the price of
bitcoin is healthy again then we will see a good price in altcoins. I think we just have to be patient with it, it will rise again.

No matter how many lose you will have you just need a 1 win to success in trading that is experience because in trading the more you lose the more you will like to quit but if you will quit you will lose again so just keep investing in altcoin and that is the way to win here in crypto world and trading.

You're very wrong. daytrading is very very profitable if you know what you're doing. I know someone personally who does this as his daily job. Yes, he doesn't make profit everyday, but when he does make a profit, it's surely big.

Once again, wrong. Altcoins are sleeping? Have you seen the recent prices? They've went up and down sharply multiple times! I'm a very newbie trader but I've made a bit of money from trading these altcoins just buy timing it right.

Trade 50% of your remaining equity and try and double it, take out your initial and if you get it right you'll be good

Dont stop, it may be a big loss for you but its a part of learning process and i would say that you did buy on the peak prices of both coins which made you lose up money thats is why we should really be careful on entering markets specially when we see a hype or certain price increase usually pullback or corrections do really happen later on thats why we should really be wise on executing orders.

Stop trading and hold on to your portfolio for another 3 to 6 months. Don't book losses now or your chances of making profit will be gone at the very moment you click on that "SELL" button. There is panic all over. Just forget about Cryptos and come back after 3 to 5 months.

I think trading is not suitable for this guy because he doesn't have patience and he will not control if the price of any coin stable at a low price for a long time. So better you can stop trading and fins any other work to get back your loss. Or else if you can try to control your feelings and wait until you get profit then try trading one more time or else stay away from this trading.

If you really do day trading you need to have a system, also it is really bad to be day trading like this in such a volatile and bear state, unless you plan to margin trade which I highly suggest you not to.

I think trading is not suitable for this guy because he doesn't have patience and he will not control if the price of any coin stable at a low price for a long time. So better you can stop trading and fins any other work to get back your loss. Or else if you can try to control your feelings and wait until you get profit then try trading one more time or else stay away from this trading.

Being patient and following the price chart are the two most important things when trading in my opinion. If you can't do those 2 things, then it's hard to make profits. You can't just jump in and buy impulsively. You have to watch the fluctuations and buy on a price drop or correction. That's the best way to get your coin at a good price.

After you make a purchase, you have to determine the profit you need to make and place an order for that sell price. You could even not put in a sell order but wait for a pump and sell at that point. Either way, you have to wait for a decent gain and not sell too quickly.

It's hard to be patient but that gives you the best chance to make a profit. Even then you can time it wrong because sometimes there are wild fluctuations that no one can predict.

the decission would belong to you because only you could suffer this losses from your trading activities but you had make bad decission with buying the coin when it was pumped and sell immediately because you will fear huge losses but if i to be like you i would continue my trade activities and still curious to recover my losses and better do not trade with emotion because it will ruin your trading results

Don't stop rather develop and learn from your mistakes. It is obvious that you took bad decision in terms of trading. Always remember that before going on a path that you want to try on make sure you have the prior knowledge about it. And in trading there is always a basic principle where you buy low and sell when it's high and that is the opposite of you are doing. But as I said don't stop rather learn and educate yourself properly for you to earn.

Rather than drive yourself nuts with anxiety watching the price, do yourself a favor
and learn more about Bitcoin. Don´t look at the price all day, that leads to nothing.

if we think that we can not handle for more loss then i am suggesting to cut loss trading and start from the bottom. but if you are still enough to stay with the loss and you are sure that the price will back normal, then hold is the best choice. but before you make decision, i hope we can calculate or at least we can make sure what is the worst thing that we can get if one decision is made and we should realize that in trading, no one can always gets profit in every day.

You should stop trading know or you should hold your coin until it raise again. Because price will definatelly grow up but if you can't afford loss then you should stop and if you can afford then continue with it

That was a big broke bro, I think you should stop from now on then by the time that you already have enough btc again then go back in trading. You should stop now and get back again what was lose from the other strategies that are paying. Calm yourself because if you trade again and try to make it to get back through trading then there is also possibilities that you lose more than 40%
