According to everyone, what will the price of CVC be in the next 3 months when things are going like this?

i did not see such nonsense

cvc loses value as btc rises

I guess it's not a good investment but fixed in dollars

Exactly, I have held some CVC since the ICO but its under performing almost every other currency. Its fallen out of the top 100 on coinmarketcap. On the other hand Byteball has moved up to top 50 and with the Jumio partnership, it looks like a lot of Civic supporters will go there.

"Jumio offers KYC to the ICO space with Byteball" - https://twitter.com/ByteballOrg/status/953634013016621057

Not sure if I should sell my CVC or wait a bit.

anyone have tips for buying cvc on hitbtc? kind of confused. I have ltc I am trying to turn into cvc. so do i need to do ltc to btc, btc to usdt, then usdt to cvc?

CVC is traded on HitBtc only with Tether, so yes, you are correct, this is the way to get them from your LTC.

It could be easier and maybe more profitable for you in the future, to withdraw your LTC to Kucoin, exchange them there for BTC and  get your CVC coins.  I found Kucoin to truly be people's exchange :-)

I like Binance better. Or Bittrex. Either way you should really stay away from HitBTC in my opinion. They have had some weird times in which no withdrawals were possible. Stay safe!

My expérience :

HitBTC is scammy and expensive as shit, so stay away from them - pass on the word.

Is CVC used for something in the platform? Is it to pay fees or some such thing?

Many people are speculating that rising bitcoin prices will lower the price of alt coins like civics. yes it is true that the sale price of bitcoin is high compared to other coins. But do not rule out too, the selling price of alt coin like civic will exceed the bitcoin price, so it may take a long time but will be fruitful in the future.

Article on Bitcoin, but it talks about why proving that you are you in blockchain is important, CIVIC is important.

"But it also has narrower and more practical applications. For example, a blockchain-based ID could verify that a person is who they claim to be without relying on third parties, like a government agency, academic institution or department of motor vehicles, she said."

Do you have any sources, or it's just a guess ?

Anyway, I hope you are right because it is not that simple to find news about civic ! Many are wondering about CVC moving to RSK, but there seems to be no announcements / informations at all.

Thanks for the link, and infos.

There is no civic killer for now, they are way ahead of all their concurrent, and they have already a pretty nice list of partners using their app.

CVC is in the coin vote list for Legolas! Legolas is an upcoming premium exchange focused on institutional investors, so that means high volume! Participate in the public ICO, starting on the 1st of February 12:00 PM GMT, at https://legolas.exchange and cast your vote!

that was some huge pump , I at start hesitated selling at the top.
I don't mind pump groups because because prices tend to go back to where they were.

Therefore it's wise to scrape some profits when you have the feeling that the high has been reached. Of course this is pretty hard to estimate, but still, taking some profits is always wise. I tend to forget to do it, and in hindsight I'm a world class trader. Unfortunately only in hindsight.

Luckily I took some projects at the Civic moon in december. Did not regret that decision, as it bounced back to where it started. One of my few good trading decisions. I'm a world class holder though  Cool
