Yes the chain is still stuck, there was a massive sudden increase in hash power it went from like 300 MH/s to 6778 MH/s and the difficulty went through the roof. DGW will hopefully prevent the difficulty from staying that high if the massive hash pulls away so it should be fine as soon as that elusive block is finally found.

We didn't want to be greedy with the premine, it was literally done just to allow for bounties, drops and other promotional stuff as well as giving us a small balance for future development. Hopefully the ideas and plans we have for this coin will bring their rewards in other ways.

There are a couple of airdrop places left as a couple of the ones that came through were from the same person / persons with multiple accounts so get your tweet in now and we'll honour it. Just let me know your Twitter handle so I know it's you.

It's done, we're on block 1505 now - current nethash of over 2 GH/s! Not bad at all!

There seems to be an issue with the block explorer displaying mad million coin transactions, this isn't correct. I'll work on that in the morning. The actual current coin supply is on the website and is accurate (it's calculated on the block release rate so it can't be wrong).

Yes I know MUSIC coin, great concept, I hold some myself. This is a different concept and aimed at a specific market whereas MUSIC seems to have a much broader approach. Each has it's benefits but like I mentioned in the main ANN, we are already well connected in the industry that we are aiming to appeal to which will give us an edge when it comes to pushing this out there.

Also MUSIC is pretty specific in what it's aiming to do with smart contracts etc, LinX will hopefully have uses as an everyday currency outside of the scope of our initial target market by simply being a fun, fast and easy to use coin.

You'd maybe be quite surprised at how many of them still haven't even heard of Bitcoin let alone any of the Alts.

That was the leading factor that lead to the creation of LinX. They all SHOULD be using Bitcoin or other digital currencies

What is it?

Yes noticed that, there are a few of them all around the time the hashrate went crazy. The coins can't possibly exist though, if those figures were correct the entire supply (100,000,000) would already be exhausted by now and there would be no block reward. You can see by the explorer that the blocks are still paying out the correct rewards. Besdies, it's impossible, the release rates are controlled strictly by block height - 50 LinX per block until the height reaches 1,000,000 where the reward then switches to 25 and so on, reducing all the way down until the last reward of 1 LinX is mined at block 3,700,000.

So it has to be an error.
