Hey Guys,
Just to summarized what we expecting soon from Linx devs as they mentioned in slack.
1) Updated Source Code (Just released last night)
2) Updated Wallets - Windows, MAC, Ubuntu (Just released last night)
3) LinxPay System - already completed and currently undergoing testing
4) First major retail integration with Million+ users
5) More exchanges along with the above retail integration
6) Linx Platform
As you can see from above and unlike other coins Linx value will come from it's use rather than trading and also lead dev promised us in slack that we all will have very Merry Christmas and as they mentioned we are the early birds.
Really happy to be part of this project since the beginning and exciting times are ahead of us.

Do you know who is involved in the retail integration? Are they cooperating with a business and making it happen as we speak or is still too early to say something about it? |

The thing I would like to know about this project. Will the coin be used as a token or will people be paying at the events based on the BTC/usd value?
The reason I ask is because volatility will play a major factor in the adoption of this project.
Imagine topping up $50 for drinks at an event but you can’t buy anything because a whale dumped 10m worth.

Good question, the situation that you mention is a generic challenge within cryptocurrency. Is it not the case that in the technical solution you have to let the price automatically adjusted to fiat? I think that is the way that is used for other crypto projects to deal with this as well. |

I thought it'd be an actual halfing-type of update, but this is just 15%. Either way is great to reduce the coin supply, any comments if this supply will continue to "half" over time? Thanks! |

Yes of course, the new block reward schedule is posted in this article. We didn't repeat it in the post above as it was specifically a notice for mining pool operators to ensure that they upgrade before the shut off date. It shows the blocks at which halving will occur, a roughly estimated date of arrival and what the current total supply will be at that point. |
