Hi guys, I noticed a few days ago my older 0.9x version wallet had dropped a few hours behind with the wallet sync despite having multiple connections to the Linx network.  It runs on a machine I have dedicated to my core wallets and has good internet connectivity.  I had a quick look online thinking there may have been a fork or some other reason to explain this and discovered the update which meant I had to move to version 1.0.0.5.  I installed 1.0.0.5 and pointed it with -datadir= to the right location and have 8 active connections to the Linx network, however I'm remaining out of sync.
Top of the wallet reads: "Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct!  You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade."

This has been the case for several days now, even the new wallet does not seem to download the past few days of the blockchain.

getinfo gives me:
Code:
{
"version" : 1000005,
"protocolversion" : 70005,
"walletversion" : 60000,
"balance" : xxx,

"unlocked_until" : 0,

Block 317137 seems to be as far as it's gone as I've not had any movement since that time.  Short of downloading the entire blockchain again, does anybody have any suggestions I could try? Any help appreciated, thanks.

Well for what it's worth for anyone else who might encounter this, I downloaded the entire blockchain from the start again with the new wallet and all is well.

What is LINX Coin?
The “Initial Coin Offering”, ie the launch of Linx Coin on the relevant online exchanges for crypto currencies took place on June 16, 2017. Thus, the currencies traded under the symbol LINX belong to one of the youngest Altcoins at the moment.

Hello friends. Maybe smbdy could help me. Like 3 days ago I withdrew some linx coin from Cryptopia exchange but to my surprise the status of this withdrawal after 3 days has been still in progress.I never had any problem before with cryptopia, So ,I decided to open a ticket and ask them for support but there is a 20 days response time. Therefore I want to ask if the linx blockchain is ok also if somebody have had similar problem recently? Also what could be a reason for such a delay? The amount of linx I'm trying to withdraw is quite big that is why I m starting to worry. ! Sad  Im using a coinomi wallet and never had any problem before but dont know if there were any updates to blockchain recently, maybe the wallet hasnt been updated?

Guys, whats going on with Linx?? Is this dead project? Many promises, but nothing happens. I'm listening to the same story for the last six months. Only obscure exchanges, total disappointment. Catastrophic advertising, one of the few coins (maybe three or four) that has a lower price than six months ago. Guys, finally you need to do something!!!!

Cryptopia is currently having delays with deposit and withdrawal for all coins. See https://twitter.com/Cryptopia_NZ/status/964376238373552128 .

  Thank you for answer. After reading some of the tweets Im really shocked. Some guy reported his ETH deposit got stuck for over a month! This is a nightmare for investors taking into account how fast prices changes in cryptocurrency market. Im really worried now because smth serious had to happened.

Same story for the last six months?  I only started following LINX a month ago and have already seen multiple updates in this thread, twitter, reddit, etc.

Updated Q1 2018 roadmap not enough?  Pretty sure this isn't six months old.  Here's a link to that.  I found this by googling "LINX roadmap" and clicking the first link:
https://imgur.com/a/fGmSm

Requesting sign-up for beta testing the new platform?  This was posted 3 days ago so pretty sure this isn't six months old.  Here's a link to that:
https://twitter.com/linXcoin/status/963866403660066817

Only "obscure" exchanges?  Some of the best up and coming projects on the planet are solely on Cryptopia.  What does wasting money and time getting added on bigger exchanges do for the longevity of the project?  That way even more fish like you can complain on twitter that the Dev team is working too hard?

Additional February announcement from the Dev team addressing almost every single thing you're complaining about:
https://www.reddit.com/r/LINXcoin/comments/7vin9i/ann_developer_announcements_february_2018/

This is an actual *coin*, not a token built on top of Ethereum.  The Dev team has personally created every single aspect of this project and are doing an incredible job.  Separate blockchain.  Separate wallet.  Separate miners supporting the network.  I could not be more excited about the technical expertise and even more importantly, the way the team has handled people exactly like you who would rather talk a big game than back it up.

Projects like Tron and Electroneum might be better suited for you.  Those projects do nothing except make superfluous promises without backing it up.  That seems to be what you're after.

Please excuse my aggression, but your complaints are tacky, unresearched, and just annoying.
