Free market and free speech seem to be under valued in this thread :/

Oh well...

Only with companies that keep their compromises. Just with the donation I was happy enough.

Makes sense, that's not the right place to argue it... that's what this thread is for.

The goal is to build public pressure so that they finally stick to their promises,
(and Josh may thinks about his appearance.)

This is not about freedom of speech. It's about business ethics.
Who I'd like to offer an advertising platform?

Couldn't agree more, maybe add a poll? instead of everyone posting "+1", then comments could be for each persons input.

Charity, what about recompense for loss of delivery time

not against Charity but you have to get your own house in order first?

(I have not ordered from BFL)

I think BFL and other scammers should still be allowed to advertise, but must agree to a large scammers tag clearly visible on their ads.

Fair enough they haven't shipped the orders, but you cant tell them they cant advertise for not shipping products or donating to charity

- They cant advertise - they have made fully working products and are in the process of shipping, let them deal with the lag and sort the orders as they can, they've given you the chance to cancel and order so you've had a chance to get your money back

- Because they haven't paid thousands of pounds to charity, you can't tell a company they can't advertise because they've failed to pay BTC1000 to charity, clearly they didnt intend that post to be taken literally, I'm not sure what the power consumption of the unit is, but unless it's 150w per ghs you're still saving a hell of a lot of energy than if you had used a graphics card to mine.. if you want a reliable product go for an Avalon, if you dont mind the wait get a BFL

Let them ship as they can, they are not scammers, just a bit too optimistic.

If you dont want a unit, cancel your preorder its not that difficult...
