My first day of trading

When I started to learn about trading and finally make a decision to invest. I need to make a research first what is it and how to deal with it in order for me to make a profit. But, my first day of trading was very difficult and not a lucky day for me.  I am very excited to see  and earn out of my investment but instead of gaining some profit, I lost my investment and I need to wait until it reaches to the higher price.

But, the best thing that happened is that I learned from mistakes.

I am not a smart person to analyze the price movement of digital currency at the beginning.
But right now I've learned a lot and I believe that experience can make a difference in my life. So then i can get a satisfactory result.

A couple days ago I transfered enough from my bank account to buy 1 Bit coin.  While waiting for the $ to make it from the bank to the exchange I had $75.00 invested so could use it to practice with.  Keep in mind that I had no experience with bit coin trading and my past day trading did not go well.

Today I saw that SC (Siacoin) was above 10% and volume was above 10,000.  It was also very active pumping up and down.  I did four buy and sell trades, not aiming for much more than 5% profit on each one and increased my $75.00 to $91.00.  It was a great leaning experience.  Also very humbling because on the first trade I made a mistake and lucked out.

Good start on your first day of trading mate. In my first day, i loss so much money on trading, because i still newbie and i don't know how it works but i already know about trading right now and learned some altcoins that really great for trading.

Its a good start for a beginner, not bad at all. You have luck on your first day but luck is not everyday so better to study and learn more about trading. Watch videos in youtube as it can help you to enhance your skills. It's just basic but a big help to your portfolio. But your experience will teach you more about this.

Mine was also good about 3% clean deducted of transaction fee. was about $100.00 and became $130.00 just ride the tide . When everyone seems selling I did too. Seems fun at firsts but now it became purely business.

I call myself as an accidental trader because I really have no plans of trading but way back 2015, I like collecting CLAMS through faucets thinking that I can someday use it as a collateral when I need a loan but I dont have a wallet so I used Poloniex and store my CLAMS there until I am able to accumulate 0.5 CLAM then one day I decided to give it a try and trade my CLAM to BTC and the rest is history.

Honestly, my first day of trading was consumed of watching over the market price because the price of the coins at that time is very low. I know that it is not a good time to trade but I needed some money for personal reason that is why I was forced to sell one of my coins and trade it, hoping that I would not loss somehow huge profit. Unfortunately, my wish didn't come true, after two days the price of the coin I sold rises as well as the bitcoin's price which is $2800. I feel very weak because I had realized that I should have earned half of my money. This situation was a lesson to me that whenever the coins pump I should consider trading some to earn profit.

It feels great to read up other experiences on your first day of trading.

Mine started at Jaxx android app when I tried shapeshifting between ETH, Litecoin and GNT.. it was a mess and I lost sats there.. Fear overtook me when I saw the price rise and fall and I was at the loosing end.. so to cut my losses, I shapeshifted at rates lower than when I initially bought... I knew then that I'll keep losing if I continue doing it at Jaxx so I had to search for a better way...

An FB cryptocurrency group chat I'm in kept mentioning Trex and a lot of other trading tech terms and I just had to ask what Trex is.. and that's how I started trading at Bittrex (this was two months ago). My first Trex trade was 2 months ago and I had a .0027ETH loss, too, which gave me a hard lesson to buy low and sell high. IT was scary hitting the BUY or SELL buttons that I had to double check the numbers.

to me trading is one of the most serious job and if a person is not giving regular attention to it then i think he cannot make money from it. in fact trading nee a regular study and experience and i think only then one can become a perfect trader, but trading without trading experience is too much risky and i think without experience one can even lost his own invested money in bitcoin.

My strategy is to buy when the currency is at its lowest value and sell when it is bullish and this will depend on the previous knowledge of the currency.

My first trading started out of doubt. Well, I do not understand what I do, but if I recall, I get the benefit of my first trading, before my money runs out at that moment. But it's a good moment.

OP's experience is great but mine is not so good. I lose some money when I first trade maybe thats because its my first time and my skills and knowledge are not enough. But I learned from my mistakes thats why I read self help books about trading and I think it helps me a lot. Well now I can say Im not really good in trading but i can manage my emotion and think logically.

Before doing anything I think the best thing to do for you is to keep trading with a small amount of money and make at least ten trades like that so you get to know how the exchange works and you are able to become better at trading before investing huge quantities of money.
