I am buying this dip. Decentralized exchanges have a place in the crypto-sphere and should be supported.

Bear in mind that BTS is available in margin trading (as one of the very few coins).
This means that many people may have interests in dumping BTS.
That means that shorts will be squeezed soon. It's been shorted for too long.

I am still annoyed at Bittrex for the way they handled this. I would accept doing this to a coin that gives them 5-10 BTC volume but Bitshares has regularly reached 500-1k BTC. If the problem was really the RAM requirement that makes it even worse.

nothing to worry about, just move your bts to the bitshares exchange. the wallet itself is an exchange. no need for bittrex, the volume decreases but will recover

Delisting may be a foregone conclusion. Might be some sort of "clearing of the house" going on as BTS is not alone in being delisted. BTA DRACO Dar
are all also being delisted and as of 11am EST are down in the -50% range. For those looking to buy close to bottom BTS may crash even lower.

Looks like we will be delisted after all. Bittrex also said to BitShares dev's that there will be no comments about delisting. Very sad story Bittrex and My ticket also waiting for your attention 15 days already. I start missing poloniex

I have bought some as well. In current situation it will nice gamble on this project which is decentralized exchange and is full of potential. I remember this coin was among top 10 on marketcap few weeks ago. I took risk and will see where this takes us because not buying at this price was more bad decision.

Let's delist Bittrex from crypto business! Poloniex got what it deserved and is going to crash. The same will happen with Bittrex. We know that DEX is the future. p. s. Bitshares is largest from these cryptos, holds $155 mln in capitalization and fell in just a few minutes by a 24%, while Draco’s price decreased 60% and DAR -58%. This means effectively death for these virtual online coins and big losses for unlucky investors.
The reason behind this purge is SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) demand to stop these coins from being offered by Bittrex, because they are securities. Source: http://stockemperor.com/currencies/sec-purges-cryptocurrencies/51% attack and weakness in source code is FUD and fake news. They just want to crash BTS price down to zero and buy all your coins. Don't be stupid. Just my opinion about this shit.

New INFO: These are the reasons why above coins are being delisted according to Bittrex.
BTS: Vulnerability to 51% attack, critical weakness in the source code that cannot be fixed
BTA: Developer is not responding when asked about stability issues of its masternode
Darcus and Drago: Lack of Volume
source? Note: if you're not able to provide legitimate source, I will negative trust you as FUD. Seeing it on Twitter too. Almost never used before account. https://twitter.com/jmtizzle1/status/915227767645589506https://i.imgur.com/Or87M9e.jpgTotal nonsense.

Mum's the word from Bittrex. With the amount of money they make every day on BTS trading, we can clearly and unreservedly rule out good business sense as a reason. That leave's us with just two primary possibilities: 1) they've lost their minds, or 2) they are extremely threatened and have decided to strike early while they think they still have a chance. BitShares is their primary long term competition. There's no doubt in my mind about that, and I think they have concluded that their long term livelihood is threatened seriously enough by BTS to warrant a strategy that limits as much as possible any type of support direct or indirect of BitShares, and if possible, especially if it's an indirect "side affect", that even damages its competitor's good name.

Was hard to believe when I saw it in bittrex. I didnt have notifications on so it cames a total suprise. If SEC continues this they will crash the whole altmarket. I will still hodl my DEX coins. They cannot ban them.

How dumb are we ? don't we ever learn? We finally have decentralised currencies, but we trade them on centralised exchanges such as bittrex, poloniex ... And then we complain when a coin is being suppressed. BitShares is currently the single, most important cornerstone for the future of cryptocurrencies and a free market. Because it is a decentralised exchange. And for that reason only. I am surprised that bittrex and others didn't try to get rid of it sooner, because it really is a threat to them. Without decentralised exchanges, the banks/SEC are still in charge ! so... I'm just gonna buy some more BTS at the current discounted price Bank Cronies Cash In with SEC -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_bes3Av_Zo
