I visisted the bitsharestalk forum, that has not shown disclosing news for early weeks of the new year.
I hope that some breaking news will be released by the team soon.
Those news, when published, might play as good motivation for the new year's start.

Bitshares took off today.
It is probably that Bitshares will at least reach its latest peak around 1.2k satoshis.

I would not say that it exactly took off, but it definitely seems to be finding a bottom around this range.
