mine have been sitting "at local fedex facility" since ~40 hrs... need to call them tomorrow to know what up...

Finally got mine.  They are all black colored ones and a few of the plastic cases got cracked.  Not surprised considering how FedEx treats packages.  All up and running and hashing away.

Got all mine and they are now working... was really tempted to ask for some BTC back but honestly... Thank you arklan.  You stepped up to organize a group by before anyone else, put up with a broken leg, lack of contact from suppliers, shipping issues, mad customers, people re-selling and re-selling and overall changing their order... and you still came through in the end with >90% of people happy.

I got mine few days ago... there was ~$5 in duty. so that explains the delays, it was waiting to be cleared by customs.... the invoice price was just above the free import threshold...
