getting out of newbie status is the most tilting difficult thing f**king ever. its forcing me to troll whereas if I was just enabled to begin with I would have been able to stick to intelligent posts.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in
Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it
will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I see several threads at least made every day about how to get out of newbie status and similar things because of the requirement of being online for at least 4 hours while posting at least 5 posts. I was wondering is it really that hard to get out of newbie status? I mean if you really care, spend 10 minutes and post 5 quick posts and then leave your computer on for 4 hours and refresh say every 15 minutes while staying logged in? I don't get why so many people are worried about sneaking out of newbie status.
And anyway, I can honestly say that once I came out of newbie status, while it was interesting at first and I browsed the other sub forums some, the newbie sub forum is still the sub forum which I spend the most of my time in compared to the other sub forums.
+2 thank

I think it's not that hard. And while waiting to get out of newbie status i'll browse other forums and i'll learn lots of stuff, so it's kinda cool

posting worthless comments in random newbie threads to be able to reply in a thread that matters :/ maybe it could have been that newbies can't create threads and just reply for a bit
