I think Friedcat released discount BEs or coupons with the idea they'd go to the early buyers who paid 1BTC or more so as to offset the rapid difficulty rise and low return at that price but at least one reseller having the units used those to pump up current sales almost halving his then already lower prices.  Since that wasn't what Friedcat indicated they were for, Friedcat may have stopped.

Doesn't seem fair on the rest of us who bought and are expecting something back (after being told we were entitled to it)...

If the people who paid 0.99 for them get one, by rights we should get 2 per 1 we bought.

At the moment I can only accept orders from my previous buyers. At the same time, I am waiting to receive a green light from ASICMiner to sell the Block Erupter USB to other buyers. So far I did not got any response from ASICMiner.
