As you may be aware, on 11th of July some time before the official IXT token sale was scheduled to open, we sustained a brief attack on our Twitter account and Intercom channel. This allowed attackers enough time to post a fraudulent message about an early pre sale, along with an incorrect Ether address. We are deeply sorry to anyone who has been affected by this unfortunate incident, we know that some of our supporters send funds to that address. We are now investigating the fraudulent contract containing those funds and intend to fully compensate all those who sent Ethereum over in good faith with the aim of receiving IXT tokens. If you are one of those affected please do make yourself known to us at info@insurex.co. We will publish further details of how to receive compensation shortly.

What happens next? Those who hacked Insurex's Twitter must be strong believers in Insurex to anticipate a large flux of investors, fooling a small percentage of ICO investors will still mean a large loot of ETH.

Security problems are temporary and can be solved.
The merit and potential of the project are still enormous.

If you are running a company with the support of world wide web then you have to serious about the security and the security of the users,it is a really important thing,they should have taken steps to avoid these kind of issues ,so that they had to close down the ICO faster than they wanted it to be,just waiting for the coin to hit the market.

I am not sure about this project,but if the developers are trust worthy then they will distribute the coins if you have invested in it and normally when the ICO ends they are supposed to distribute it within a week or so,just follow their slack channel and you will get a clear picture,good to see many projects coming up in the past few years,i really missed a lot in this space.

Yes it did. They can't say them secured then, the hacker took around 1100 ETH from this ICO, still a huge amount comparing their ICO collected around 32k ETH.

This project is really good. They focus on developing projects and supporting hacked people. I think they are not as greedy as other ICO projects. They stop selling tokens when there are many security risks and this is absolutely true

That is a good point,when they had enough coins in the crowd fund they stopped the process to safe guard the earlier investors because they were heavily under attack,sure they are not greedy like some of the projects we have seen in the past,expecting to hear more news from them.

but I also participated in the presale and haven't received those tokens yet..
