I would advise against that.  Otherwise, your transaction of 500 CRAVE may get staked and split up, and you will have to resetup your node.  Just keep a separate staking wallet which you can transfer your rewards from the node to

I am setting up 5 masternode, is it possible to first sync one wallet and then copy the .dat file and the other folder to all my wallet folders? I dont want to sync each and every wallet.

If you're going to do that copy just the txleveldb folder and blk0001.dat file.  You won't have to resync each one, but don't copy your wallet.dat
