It was happened in the end of 2017 year. Bitcoin value is supported by contributions of different people. When they saw price fall they started to panic and sell their investments. That's why Bitcoin value was greatly decreased. I suppose that it will happen again in future but anyway Bitcoin price will grow higher and higher.

I do not think that this will happen. Too many people believe in it and buy it. Even some countries began to buy bitcoin and soon it can become a reserve currency.

Yes because its price is completely supply and demand based so if something better comes around the demand will be gone. However, the top 5 companies in the SNP500 are all tech companies where if you liquidated the assets you would only receive 20cents for every dollar so I think we are in a time when value isn't necessarily based on tangible value so as long as people thing btc is valuable, well it is

I think this topic has been repeated several time but the truth about bitcoin losing value is me and you if we stop trading and conducting transaction with bitcoin it will definitely not only lose it value but it will be done away with.

It is not good if it happened... We cant acceptbif it has a low value but if it have not a value thats very worst scenario... I think it will not happened because as for the current status of bitcoin still its getting its popularity and we are hoping that if it is widely accepted by many it price will become stable.. Because its volatility is the major consern here... Its hard to determine our profit because of it... We are hoping that bitcoin will continue its good progress...

I think at this moment which cryptocurrency are in demand and popular because also of new blockchain technology and because we are at the new generation,it is impossible for bitcoin to lose it's value. The demand continue to grow all over the world even there are still countries didn't accept it. Sometimes there is price drop down or market fluctuation but that is normal,not to worried about it. Crypto is risky but always invest the amount that you can afford to lose. |

If bitcoin will last long , there is no possibility that bitcoin will lose its value, from the time the bitcoin had a value , it will go low or it will go high but never in the term that it will lost or have no value in the future , it will have the value no matter how low.

Can bitcoin lost value? I think anything can happen in market but its almost impossible as long bitcoin community using bitcoin for transaction. In cryptomarket, bitcoin have biggest liquidity and daily transaction volume always increasing, more people become holder so i think bitcoin is good investment |

If China does not suffice enough to reduce its currency weakness, it may be bad for the Chinese economy.

It is true that bitcoin time can lose its value, in the sense that the price can go up or down. Just look like in December 2017. Bitcoin prices soar far from the usual price, and back down to the range of 8000 USD just now. I hope such incidents can happen again. and also we can not predict what happens tomorrow.

So than I would like to ask , what can push the bitcoin price a lot higher ? I suppose countries accepting it like local currency will make it's value sky-rocket right ?
i dont think bitcoin will loose its value, yes we will accept that bitcoin price will getting low but we all know that after dump bitcoin will improve and bitcoin price will increase until it will reach to its highest value so i dont think bitcoin will loose its value. |

There is a possibilities could lose its value,bitcoin will down the price but not totally fallen in its value ,one of the strategy for the bitcoin itself and some investors or users will hold their investments until the demand is getting higher to its price and that will be a great deal for the bitcoin. |

it is possible for the bitcoin to lose it's value only when no one will ever use it but we can't say that it will be possible in a few period of time because as of today many people are now using bitcoin, many companies are now starting to engaged in bitcoin and accept it as a source of payment as of today we can also buy things and service using bitcoin. |

we dont know but one thing is for sure everything is possible to happen in bitcoin.Even today even we see the price of bitcoin is very high and they have possible that price of bitcoin will decrease or become 0 value in the future. But still hoping the price will increase more and live long so we can make a lot of profit in the future.

In my opinion bitcoin's value is unmoveable. It will remain as what's it's value and somehow it's go beyond from its value in almost every another whether it decrease or increase. So bitcoin value couldn't be lose. It was not weak foundation. It was built by strong and concrete foundation that we can see today. Although upgrading is necessary.

it's possible. Just look at the past years. bitcoin has experienced fantastic price increases. several factor affect bitcoin prices. the major factor is demand and supply.but, I still believe bitcoin will exist for along year. |
