It would be more logical to bring a limit on signature participation.

Hi,
No worries most participants aren't really active (only ~10000 stakes are distributed in the signature campaign) and don't forget 26% are reserved for the signature campaign.
If we should see that the average (Note you are hero member) participant would get less than 200$ we would definitely limit the amount of participants.
I hope that is ok for you.

Best regards,
The Blocklancer Team

PS:
Note many already removed our signature.
this team seams very fair to all who want to join

So ICO is uncapped or is there a limit? How big is the market for this sort of thing, as Bitbay can already do this and has a working product?

So ICO is uncapped or is there a limit? How big is the market for this sort of thing, as Bitbay can already do this and has a working product?
Hi, thanks for your interest,
The whole freelance workforce has earned a combined revenue of an estimated $ 1 trillion this past year, making up a significant share of the U. S. economy.
And that’s not all: The freelancing world is an ever-growing market with more and more people getting into freelancing every year.

The ICO is capped at 1 billion token.

Advantages of Blocklancer

Guaranteed Payment
On Blocklancer you only have to pay if you are 100 % satisfied with the work or if certain milestones are reached. And in case of a dispute the token holders will decide. Never again will you encounter unilateral decisions by a biased authority and an unfair money loss.

Fair and Automated Settling of Disputes
Never depend on a single authority to settle your disputes again. With our token holder tribunal (THT) the decision lies in the hands of thousands of token holders, guaranteeing a fair decision.

Low Fees
Our fees are only 3 % per job, several times lower than on other freelancing websites. Freelancing will finally be a lucrative way of earning money - and reliable as well.

No Censorship
Because of the blockchain, your job offers can't be deleted under any circumstances. Political Correctness and personal feelings play no role anymore, because the blockchain is incorruptible.

I thought this too but what i understand is that most people here keep changing their signatures if they think they will get more amount from some other project.

It would be more logical to bring a limit on signature participation.

Great project and congrats for the popularity in the community  Smiley

There are several traditional companies like Kik(social media), Numerai(hedge fund), BurstIQ (health data marketplace) moving to blockchain. Do you see companies in your industry with big user base like Upwork and Freelancer using blockchain to compete with Blocklancer in the future?
Hi,
It's very unlikely that any big site is moving to the blockchain. Even if they moved to the Blockchain they wouldn't be able to do many great things blocklancer is doing (e.g. Token Holder Tribunal, Autonomous, lower fees, Community controlled and community driven, ...) because they would lose the control over their site. Maybe in the future are coming more competitors when they see how successful it is.

Best regards,
The Blocklancer Team

Completely agree with you now while large sites do not have competitors  they will not go anywhere. And you will be the first in this area
