Never, I think Bitcoin doesn't end ever. They provide wrong information to you. You can search on google and watch another blog about Bitcoin you can get clear information.

after reading all the time posts, blogs, various opinion....
it's seems that 1st august it will be just an opportunity for everyone in the industry, who invest, who is in business, who mine....

Segwit may have advantage and disadvantages, but the positive advantage might be lowering fees and making bitcoin user friendly when it regards to fees. This improvement and changes will still inprove the bitcoin ecosystem.
This is the much awaited fix for the high transactions and slow network confirmation, every body should look at it positively and do not spread panic, the title of this thread will cause so much confusion I don't like the title with end of bitcoin, however positive it may seems. That's more reason we have to feel the pulse of Albert Einstein here through his words, “The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.” When unfriendly friends of Bitcoin go about spreading misleading information, we don't have to keep quiet or simply look the other, Bitcoin has simply become a part of the rest of our lives, so it matters a lot. Right now, there is a consensus among developers, businesses, miners and users that Bitcoin scaling issues needs urgent resolution and though Core Developers have not fully shown support for segwit2x, yet segwit2x really means a first leg of segwit and then a second leg for 2 MB blocksize hard fork 6 months later and which is the bone of contention. In summarize, segwit has been agreed upon and the agents of FUD are going to avail most of us the opportunity we missed back in 2009 and 2014 to purchase tickets for a lunar trip as very reduced rates. Come-on bitcoiners, don't be distracted by the noise, in between now and July 31st is the time of your lives, buy all the financial freedom you want or consolidate on your already freedom, by the time we get to next leg of segwit2x, we shall think about it. |

What a fake news. Bitcoin technolgy way out of shutting down so soon. Im not saying it is perfect but im believing into its development which is neither that agile nor that weak.

Ultimately, the economic majority along with miners will decide where bitcoin should head. If UASF fails perhaps bitcoin would continue to be as it is now but we're likely seeing a SegWit activation either way. Hopefully no major chain split will occur because an "added value" scenario like ETC with ETH could me more damaging in bitcoin's case.

I think you have a wrong misunderstanding there. Bitcoin will not be dead by August 1, instead, Segwit 2x might be activated and they are doing it for Bitcoin also.
This issue will soon be resolve when August 1 comes, majority of miners signal to SegWit2x and the correction will be done. Let's stop spreading fake news. At least do some readings. |

I see no reason why it would be the end of Bitcoin. In fact that will simply be the activation of Segwitx2 or whatever it is called.

Same thing happened to ertherium and despite all odds both eth and etc doing well and growing stronger by day.
I think bitcoin is the best crypto that we could have and it will only grow stronger even if split happens

It seems to me that this is a complete absurdity and I do not understand what is being done at all. We all know that Bitcoin will exist for a long time and have a very potential future. I do not imagine that the price of 2,500 dollars for Bitcoin can change so dramatically and drastically. |

Activation of SegWit will improve or worsen the situation? Of course, it will improve the block chain. That's why segwit2x is here. Let's wait for the activation and put our hopes in positive way. And one thing is sure after August 1, bitcoin will be still on us. |

This is just food to mislead others about what will happen in the upcoming august 1, there is no basis at all if you are going to believe on this matter. How can you believe on such things like this if Bitcoin now is continuously growing and the demand was also increased. So its better to stick on buying bitcoin then hold in a long term. |

Looks like you don't know a thing about what is happening and how it will affect on all situation. In a short word: by prognoses the price of bitcoin will increase two times (I actually doubt in such big growth, but to see some plus in the price will be pretty expected). The situation with transactions is going to be solved. We just need SegWit, cause of the number of users are increasing and current situation with transaction is promissing to become only worse. |

Yes, it is not possible in present condition because already many big countries have signed on Bitcoin is legal in their country. Right now there is a lot of bad speculation rotating with ETH also it means that it is going to end. |
