Nobody wants the network to fail, not the miners, nor the users. Therefore I think there won't be a split and after segwit2x is activated global mass adoption can start due to enourmous scaling possibilities

Now bitcoin prices are back to normal, but we definitely want that things happened yesterday did not happen also on the 1st of August. Everything end result in segwit will definitely affect the movement of bitcoin price in a better direction or not.

Let suppose, after 1st august, if a dump in the price of bitcoin occur, so it is does not mean that bitcoin is going to die and it will be the ended time of bitcoin. Up and down in the market of every field happen, but it should not be assumed that the whole market is going to collapse. Bitcoin cannot be end because the main guaranty of promoting of bitcoin are those businessmen who earn money through black market.

It seems to me that the situation on August 1 is getting a bit clear. And already many have started talking about the fact that there will not be a split. And this means that we will get a more reliable currency with low commission and fast transactions

No it wont infact it would be more stronger on this upcoming August 1 specially when BIP 91 would be activated and i would really be happy that there would be no split happening since the support for bip 148 and segwit is very high which we would really see that price would increase even more instead of dumping. Expect for price to swell up specially after that August 1 event and we should really watch out for that.

It looks like a funny story to leave your job aside and spend full time with bitcoin  what ever happens during these scaling,i am sure bitcoin will come out on top in the end,i do hope that there wont be any split in the network,even if there is a split the coin with more followers will win eventually and the price would rally as usual,so there is nothing to be worried in my opinion.

Havent you still read yet the latest news? BIP 91 have been locked in and there would be no August 1 event already which this BIP have been activated already which means theres no split on bitcoin which is really a good news for us bitcoin users. Bitcoin wont end or die anytime soon but yet it would become more stronger as the years goes by.

i do not think that it is so easy that bitcoin will comes to an end. in fact bitcoin is becoming more popular from time to time. people are accepting bitcoin and i am sure that bitcoin will continue for long long time. in fact it is just the start of bitcoin and we can see that still not more that 1% people have still accepted bitcoin so it will take a long time when all the people will start using bitcoin and therefore we can expect that bitcoin will continue for  a long long time, may be forever.

Some says bitcoin will separate on August 1.
I think bitcoin will still be there after August 1 and will not end or totally disappear just like that. I just read and heard something about bitcoin split together will the new bitcoin called bitcoin classic and the old bitcoin but I am still not sure about it. Let's just wait for August 1.

I think that is just like a threat or maybe that is just the truth. There are 2 things that may happen in August 1, it is either, the network split, or the Segwit. I want the Segwit because I want to see or to have a developed bitcoin. Also for me, if bitcoin will never be developed, it will not be facing the future.
