I was/am not able to collect my ATB Coins and the support team is working on my problem for more than a month now... I was told the "specialists" are working on it, but being an IT guy I am really wondering what it takes so long to solve a relatively straghtforward and easy issue.

I will not mention that the way they communicate with me is kind of unprofessional (they cannot say "Hi" or "Best regards, xy"...).

My dashboard shows no investments, because I transfered BTC (honestly don't understand why this is not the same as the rest of the investment options...). However the investments list shows that I should have 779.79 ATB. Don't send me any links, I already got tons of that and nothing helped. I was told that "specialists" are looking at this. They are checking it for many weeks now, so what is that difficult? Credit those 779.79 ATBs on my dashboard and we are all set. What is so diffiicult on that? Please, don't look for any more excuses.

How many confirmations do you see? Go to the transactions tab (far right hand side) and place your mouse over the number of coins listed (on the right hand side of the transactions tab) and you should see (x number times confirmed)

For me, the "staking" doesn't show up as true until the confirmations have reached 2880. So that may be your problem, it takes about 5 days to get to 2880.

best is to post all issues in this public forum so everyone can see how atb handles issues... or doesn't handle issues would be more accurate..

5 weeks and zero mining credit is complete horsecrap... let me guess you will respond with your copy/past 4 points about mining lol...  the issue is the random nature of it and also weighted by account size makes it completely unfair to the vast majority of your clients who are less than 500 credits as they could easily be waiting many months before even one credit...

the real question is why would anyone keep their money in atb after all this?  you can trade the price action of atb but as for value investing there's nothing here in my honest opinion..  would love to hold a short position on this one actually..

I wrote many times about PoS mining.

In the PoS algorithm there is no fixed volume of mining produced in one unit of time

No wallet or user can calculate in advance when exactly his/her wallet will be chosen for the mining of new coin. But despite this fact, there is a number of opportunities increasing the amount and chance of new coins being mined, I will list them below:
1. The volume of the stake held on the balance (the more is your share - the greater is the chance of getting mining)
2. The total amount of shares kept in all wallets of all network members (The smaller is the proportion of other network participants - the greater are the chances of getting mining)
3. Complexity at the current stage of mining. With increasing complexity, the volume of mined coins will be reduced. It will happen once in two years. Profitability is reduced by 50%
4. The period of the wallet being online. The more time your wallet is on the network, the greater are the chances of obtaining mining, because only wallets (nodes) supporting the network can participate in the mining (ones that take the information and synchronize with the single distributed registry - the blockchain).

Observing all the above recommendations, you can increase your chances of getting mining, however, it is not possible to calculate mining in advance.

regarding your POS... random + weighted is not exactly 'fair' to the majority of ATB clients who hold under 1000 tokens...  say you have ATB partner that has 1,000,000 tokens and another client with 100 tokens... if participation in POS is weighted than the 1st client will participate 10,000 times before the 2nd client will even participate 1 time...  this could easily be wrong but this is how normal weight would be distributed... the 'random' nature of it only compounds the issue as it could be a LOT more than 10,000 rounds or could be less...  you give clients zero comfort in knowing what they will be earning with POS...  this is what i mean when i say it's not fair to smaller clients as they could easily be waiting many months before even 1 participation in POS...  there are much better methods of distributing POS than this model...

Still waiting for some proof to be posted about the claims at the end of the white paper that many relied on to take part in the ICO.   From your lack of response after asking the last 2 months I am officially giving up trying to help you guys.   Let's see some of the business contracts with the top players around the world who agreed to work with and use ATB?  What volume do they represent?  You can delete sensitive information, we just want to see that they exist and what volume they represent.  My guess - they simply do not exist or ATB would have been bragging about it a long time ago.    How's it going with your goal of taking the financial industry to a new level?   I fail to see how a price of 0.00033 to 0.00010 is indicative of taking the financial industry to a new level.  Maybe it's how you handle support issues?  Is it your professional & detailed responses that are helping to take the financial industry to a new level?

In order to check whether your wallet is doing mining - open it, then press help, after that open debug window, choose "console" in console print getstakinginfo
if you see : "enabled" true. That means your wallet is mining now
Do not worry if you see staking false, it means that your coins are on mature period (5days) http://prntscr.com/gndt8y - getstakinginfo command
