I cann't think that yet. Because, only few people who know bitcoin. Even my friends around my age is still single, doesn't understand what bitcoin is. So, it's hard for me to make bitcoin as a wedding gift.

if I think the gift of wedding gift in the form of bitcoin sometime in the future may be something new in the future but if for now especially in undeveloped country I believe will be difficult because there are still many people who do not know bitcoin because I think the use of bitcoin for wedding gifts will be confusing for bitcoin recipients but it depends on each person personally if our partner really likes something new what else is fond in investment I think giving bitcoin gift will be the most beautiful gift in his life

Yeah, it really depends on the couple. What if you gave them any amount of btc and they don't know anything about it. They can't appreciate your gift because they don't know its value. They have to learn about it first so they can use your gift. Not all the people are interested in it. For me, I'm not gonna give bitcoin as a wedding gift, but instead I'm going to give them something that I think they would like it. Like I'm going to give the bride an expensive bag.

People can gift ethereum, so it could definately be possible to gift bitcoin. But more likely to gift satoshis. It would look a bit tight if you gifted someone 0.0001 bitcoin. Give them 100000 satoshis looks much better.

Yes, you are right. people who do not know bitcoin will not use it but just let it go. but there's nothing wrong if bitcoin is used as a wedding gift. and in my opinion, it would be better if we would give a gift of bitcoin, do not forget along with the knowledge of what bitcoin is and how it functions, in people who do not know bitcoin yet. so they will know and can certainly use this bitcoin.

I agree. It still depends on what type of people are those newly wed. If they have no idea on what is that and they don't know how to use either, so you have to explain first to them. It would be laborious and require more time to spare. And also, the essence of giving gift will be lost because they would care nothing at first, they wouldn't feel the gratitude at first, which is must be first felt. They might be thinking that your gift is insignificant and useless to them, though they might find out how valuable is that later, if they became interested, if they became.

This idea has been on my mind for a very long time, to give my best Friend a half Bitcoin for his marriage. I feel all the gifts are boring and they are not worth the time and this would be the best idea. Also I would love to receive bitcoins as gifts when I marry that will help me plan my retirement very well.
