After buying any altcoin if the price of that coin continue to fall then it makes me panic very quickly and in that case I sell my coins at lower price which results in loss to me so now I am trying to improve my habit and hold it longer without getting panic.

that's bad mate inside trading panic should not be along with you, self control and good mindset are the things that needed to be equipped when you are
inside trading activity as soon as you understand the fluctuations the more you will able to take advantage but good for you since you already trying to

I did this before and I had to admit until now I still belong to the panickers club. I just sell whenever others are selling and make the price lower.

This is done by every people in the forum. People who have new to the forum they may be sell out the bitcoin due to fear of loosing their coin in price wise. Some of the people who are use to save the bitcoin anytime and waiting to find right to sell out or make as investment in btc related business.

i think even good investors and experienced people become confused and comes in panic, in fact it is again the nature of the human to accept the lose and specially when the lost is such  big one.

Yes, the depth of our researches deciding the level of our success and possibility of getting panic during market hours. The asset where we are going to invest must be a prime factor for everything. When we are choosing a right asset then the chances to get panic will be completely eliminated in most of the cases.

But traders get greedy so that they look for short-term big profits that is the reason to invest into improper assets and then getting panic during market hours which push them to make improper decisions and then losses.

Panic is a very common thing. Everyone must have fear when he finds out that some of the money he has may be lost. Like when you have a coin and it turns out the coin continues to decline, he would have thought that selling it at this time is the best compared to waiting and getting the fact the price is going down.

but i do not think that bitcoin is one of the most essential feather of bitcoin, i think people comes in panic and specially those people who do not have good experience in trading. in fact when the price start falling they become too much confused and therefore start selling, without studying the market and knowing about the market value.

Yeah always and when it recovers, it recovers well that you almost can expect a big price hike. Those wbo've transacting with btc for a long time now are aware of this movement and panic is not something that comes to mind whenever there's a price drop but an opportunity to buy low.

The price of Bitcoin isn't really a thing to panic about since everything has been cleared out since the BCH fork. Bitcoin has kept rising and when a trader sees a bit of a dip, he should never panic because its BTC in contention here. I don't know where you got the notion of 'continous falling of price' because all I see is green on the graphs for Bitcoin.

Emotions would really be the main thing here because if we do see reds we do easily panic since we wont really like to see negative because we dont like to lose money and thats the time we do decide that we might panic sell to cut losses from those coins we do hold on. If you do believe on a certain coin you will really wait up for the price to comeback specially when we are holding Bitcoin too. Panic is normal but we should know how to control it.

When you will be mature enough to accept losses as losses are just part of your trading then you will never get panic.

Because seeing red while trading is most common and getting panic for this reason definitely will impact good performances with trading. If we want to focus on trading to make good profit then we should not give chances to get panic.

Panic? I don't define panic to myself. Trading has its ways to increase if you sell your btc with its rate but no matter what cases it prevail, that's normal for in nothing is permanent and it remains a constant change. A change that will surely make you take a serious action when trading is too slow or has a low value. Surprisingly when you have patience with you all the time.
