https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcore/

Bitcore today hit $6M/24h volume @ 20$  with 2M coins in circulation?  MAYBE there is something wrong?

For Ardor, the "Nxt Asset Exchange" should be removed from the markets. The Ardor asset (and some others) got deactivated since the release of the actual Ardor blockchain on the 1st of January.

I s there any idea when the circulating supply of BTX is going to be fixed?

I think they have no idea about UTXO (unsent transaction outputs) imports. How they work and why to add them to circulating supply. The only compareable coin who did the same distibution is CLAMS (as far as i know) and if you look, the same issue with the circ. supply there.

I found something written by Jimmy Song the Editor of Bitcoin Tech Talk: https://medium.com/@jimmysong/bitcoin-diamond-super-bitcoin-bitcore-what-you-need-to-know-f49c35688a39

Bitcore is something that’s between a hard fork and an airdrop. BitCore (BTX) basically took the UTXO set from Bitcoin, compressed the outputs for each address and distributed on their chain. In layman’s terms, they cleaned up the ledger (blockchain) so that it’s a lot smaller.

This is the most clever of the hard forks in that it doesn’t require the Bitcoin blockchain like other hard forks do (120GB+!) and at least innovates by cleaning things up a little. Unfortunately, distribution on this coin is a bit stingier as you only get 0.5 BTX per 1 Bitcoin you had as of block 492820. They have a continuing airdrop going on, so there’s also that aspect which helps the coin.

The compare of hardfork and airdrop towards UTXO import shows me that this amount really should be added to circulating supply.

One thing that has become clear to me is that coinmarketcap is being ran by an incompetent person, the last pages are full of proof of that.
It's always a shame when you see dumb people ending up in positions of power, and attempt to ruin it for the legit ones.
But it will all come back and bite them in the ass soon enough, good will win over evil.

This was just the first bitcoin dev to speak up. When more big names speak up, they will all become aware of how coinmarketcap operates.

I suggest checking your Internet connectivity and perhaps a reboot. Absolutely no problems here.

The combined market capitalization of all cryptocurrencies hit $800 Billion on Sunday, just days after reaching the previous all-time high of $700 Billion.
The number is at over $829 billion.
Following a two-day period of sharp decline just before the New Year,
the majority of cryptocurrencies are now growing again, contributing to the rapid increase in the combined market capitalization.

How to disable Korean markets from current prices??? They may have largest markets in world but their market prices have nothing with rest of world as its almost impossible to do arbitrage, so I see no point calculating them in average.

For example see - https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/zcash/#markets

Compare ZEC/KRW with other markets - there is huge difference in price, and its affecting average price. I dont trade KRW and by Korean law I can't trade on Korean exchanges, AFAIK.

HBN Coins in circulation is wrong. It is stated at 59 million but is closer to 63 million. Where does this number come from and how can it be updated?

Thank you,

i like that coinmarketcap disabled korean exchangers from average prices. but, come on, couldnot you do some preliminary announcement? with all due respect, it looks a bit fishy for such a respected site.

Probably the API of a block explorer. How many block explorers has HBN got, and how many HBN in circulation do they show?

Thx for your reply.
Found the problem:
i installed "Adblock Ultimate" for my firefox a few hours before.
I don't had any Problems on other webpages and i also try to deactivate "Adblock Ultimate", doesn't bring the charts back on coinmarketcap.com.
But after uninstall that adblocker the charts start working again.
Strange that also a deactivated adblocker had side-effects to this charts  Shocked

No i switched to another adblock and now i am happy.   Grin

Use the request form's "I want to update information on an existing cryptocurrency" option.

https://coinmarketcap.com/request/

After clicking the "next" button you should reach a page with an "I want to update the supply / market cap of a cryptocurrency" option.

I think there may some delays with the coding part and give them some time to Coinmarket team because maybe there are some issues otherwise why they will disable those. I think again they will add to list and we can see averages prices very soon.
