The difference you are seeing is due to the two sites having different default rankings.  Targetmoon's default rank is by total market cap value, WorldCoinIndex's default rank is by 24 hour trade volume.

PHCoin is a tribute to the Philippines because in the Philippines; you can find the most talented Freelancers currently working for Corporations, Call Centers because of their high skills with the English language, and able to solve problems.  I've been to the Philippines over 20+ times, and my vision is clearly to change the digital currency lifestyle for everyone in the world.  

The country itself is one of my favorite traveling spots for vacation and business.  

Freelancing is only expected to grow in the Philippines by the end of 2014 due to the need to get paid immediately right after completing tasks.
