Like here in our country bitcoin is not recognize by our government. But our government had no plan in banning bitcoin here in our country.

Indeed but i think there are only few fortunate countries that not legal but not ban status so i guess the people should not miss the opportunity of earning Bitcoin without tax as the current progress shows that many countries are now regulating and legalized Bitcoin but only few of them imposing free of Bitcoin tax like Japan, France and Germany. Soon our country will formally regulating Bitcoin and we will just hope that they will impose no tax or less tax too so that many will be encourage to join this investment.

Same status here in my country, the central did not approve the use of bitcoin or any virtual coins as one of the legal tender. It only approved the bitcoin to be use in remittance. The central bank also reports that they might to draft a regulation to protect the bitcoin users and investors from any scams or illegal trades.

As for me, bitcoin tax isn't appropriate for decentralized currency because it has not been regulated into maximum tolerance. If those countries you mentioned was having bitcoin tax, I guess that's part of their bitcoin regulations though people has invested to digital currency will definitely gaining confidence towards taxation and possible ignoring of ban speculations.

you are right. there should be a law expressly written that using bitcoin is illegal otherwise, using bitcoin is really a legal one. It is a good thing that it will be regulated by the government but not the whole part of bitcoin because it will defeat its purpose of financial independence.

 Curently we can face some countries totally baned crypto, other ones just started to talk about issues related to bitcoin legalization, Ico's ans prepare some law drafts. As long as you're doing legit to your local transactions, specially on local exchange on a certain country it's not a big deal to prohibit or legalize cryptocurrency. Because, like as what my country did towards local exchange it was already been affiliated with bank transaction and this is really a good business which will bring better impact to the country's economy.

Agree, we should enjoy this benefits and should not waste this opportunity of earning Bitcoin without tax while  our countries are very busy of making draft of the regulation or our government were very busy of discussing of their stand of Bitcoin legality as once they will decide the future  of Bitcoin then we might end of regretting it as we have wasted many chances of earning Bitcoin freely.

Indeed. I am agree with you, Let's enjoy the not yet legal but not banned status in some countries. For sure Government having a hard time to think and to research about crypto. If bitcoin will be legal it will have a taxes because it is entering in the legalization of one country and many process will going through. Indeed, Let's really enjoy the " not yet legal but not banned" status if your country did not stop us to used bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. Let we say in the future we really have many changes, in when it comes to technology there are more creation and discovery we will have in the future. Possible sooner we are using bitcoin legally but it depends on the government if they wanted to legalized it in their country but other country is starting to adapt it. Sound likes what also happen here in our country we are so lucky that even our government recognized Bitcoin as a part of currency that we might be used in having the transaction like paying bills. Besides, they warn people to be careful about this cryptocurrency that possible to be scammed or fraud by the others since it is very common to use in scams. Indeed, government didn't put any regulations on this.
