Still no refund for batch1  Angry

@Sebastianju... I'll get back to fees discussion if ever GB1 get a refund...good job on handling the refund requests and payouts in your GB. For that efficiency I would pay the fee with pleasure.

@bizwoo... As you stated before, only 60% of GB1 requested a refund. Does your share of no refund requested chips in GB2 not cover this?

But anyway. Having contacted JohnK and according to the above post from bizwoo I see that they have been doing something. Still, I do not understand why no refund yet for GB1.

Lastly... For
seriously yall need to CHILL THE FUCK OUT.  you placed a pre-order for something which would potentially not ROI, so if ultimately you never get your product and get 0BTC then that was a gamble you chose to make.  chances are we will get our BTC and you can then go spend that on something else that you will get pissed about not getting ROI on.

I don't gamble. I am in this for profit. Avalon had a no BS terms of sale, they failed and are offering refunds. I don't have my refund. I am contacting, via this thread, bizwoo who is now responsible in getting that refund to me. Simple as that.
For your type invester portfolio, may I suggest a company called Butterfly Labs.

I "purchased" 2 BFL 30gh/s little singles back at the end of Feb and beginning of March, and luckily for me have found someone to purchase those pre-orders from me for right at my cost (now that BFL has an "easy" transfer order system in place).  so i got lucky with that, unlike all the people that paid double for only 25 gh/s.

if you paid for a product that wasnt ready to ship then you gambled, whether it was BFL, Avalon, Bitfury, KNC, etc.  unfortunately we all gambled on the wrong horse this time, but there will be opportunity for another horse.  and if you are being smart about it you are gambling on multiple horses.

A column in that table that states the current progress of refunds would be nice.  Ie sent or not sent, just so we know where it is at.

Other than that...whatever, it is how it goes.  It doesn't seem like it is anyone in particulars fault that BG1 v gb2 got refunded first.  I think it just comes down to a mix of communication issues and lag between everyone.  It happens, sometimes the stars align for the good...sometimes for the bad.

Good luck to everyone on it.

I am too willing to pay the fee to the group buy organizers, since it's a reasonable amount for the trouble they went through for us. That's the fair entropy of busieness.

You will be paying the fees, don't worry.
The money you will be refunded is:
Code:
782.1 divided by 10000 x amount of chips you bought

2. Pricing
2.1. 10000 chips from AVALON totals 782.1BTC including delivery, 2% JohnK's Escrow fee and ~3% (just bellow) Group buy fee = 0.082BTC / chip.

Check for yourself in the spreadsheets and see how much you get.

Any word on progress for the GB2 refunds?  Seems like they should be mostly rolled out after 3 days...any update would be appreciated.

I suppose that means no update (or response from Yifu) regarding GB1 status? Guess we're waiting until next week to learn more?

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.

Nope as far as I've known. I've sent another email out yesterday to yifu directly without any replies...

Well thank you for the continued efforts! I'm sure you're just as frustrated as anybody else in this thread. I appreciate your time.

This here is just a reminder to the GB batch#2 buyers that wanted chips instead of the refund ... I am selling my GB batch#1 chips that will eventually arrive due to this GB#1 Balls-Up. PM me for number of chips you want to reserve.  Grin
