This here is just a reminder to the GB batch#2 buyers that wanted chips instead of the refund ... I am selling my GB batch#1 chips that will eventually arrive due to this GB#1 Balls-Up. PM me for number of chips you want to reserve. Has John K received an update that they will be shipped and no refund If so, I will also be selling my chips, anyone interested please PM me where this news come from?

But due to this delay, that crap has probably been shipped and will arrive soon. And the fact that: 1. The GB organizer did not even try to work out something between GB#2 and GB#1 people who wanted chips instead of a refund and refund those who actually wanted and have the right to be refunded first in GB#1. 2. No backup plan if chips arrive. Bizwoo has stated that he will ship the chips to the chosen assembler. (The correct thing to do is to not take delivery of the chips and send them back) That is why I'm reminding those " I want my chips" people form GB#2 who stated here that they wanted chips instead of a refund, in case they're still interested.

Sadly mate I have to agree that we will likely end up with these Bizwoo/John K could you please give us an update of the order status of these chips? Does is say order shipped? And Bizwoo, the majority of us do NOT want these chips if the are shipped, we would rather you please refuse delivery and them sent back to Yifu, We NEED to push for the refund, there is no rational reason why we have not been refunded and no reason why we should have to accept these chips

Similar to previous communication from bizwoo, an "in order to be fully prepared if chips arrive, please visit this link" page and email should be made and sent to all buyers in GB#1 to find out what WE THE BUYERS actually want.

Have and will bump the thread if needed to make sure it stays on page 1. Good initiative Pompobit. Unlike bizwoo who is doing absolutely fuck-all. Maybe the 3% fee is not enough? ~23BTC or ~2200Euro and doing JACK SHIT.

My apologies for not updating you all during the pass few days, but I was sent over to the states for a conference and have been practically with zero internet since last friday.
I hope to be able to update you at least once a day during the time I am away.
I have received communication from John K that he has completed refunding GB2 and I hope that everyone got their coins. To the those of you that bought from one of my auctions or directly I will send the remaining coins as soon as possible.
I have emailed Yifu several times about GB1 refund with no reply form him. All the details where correctly entered in the form and I also know of a few others with orders even older than ours GB1 that have not received refund either, including other John K's orders.

Can we get a group discussion/vote about what our Plan B is IF we get the chips shipped...Most members have been in agreement that the chips are now useless and hence why we voted for a refund.
It will not be acceptable for Yifu to dump these chips on us when we have requested a refund several times! Yifu can't get away with NOT refunding us in my opinion and we can not be fobbed off with his useless chips

Well at this moment the chips are indeed useless. I will insist in a refund and as now I will not accept the chips if they are shipped. I have asked John K to check the satus of the order in AVALON shop anyway.

Seems likely we will never see our coins again . Yifu should just stop being an asshole and refund instead of having this seemingly personal grudge against this GB1. seriously mart074 gets refunded within 24 hours. and we are aklready waiting for weeks.
