Not everyone will be frustated when they lose, some people will be but remember that we are gambling so that means we are going to lose or atleast have a chance to lose. Sometimes when we dont think that we are going to lose, it gets us frustated when we actually lose. So the key is to be aware that nothing is actually going to last when we gamble

Honestly limiting your self without following it would be useless. I better gamble all that's in my bankroll than setting up a limit then later on I would just gamble the way I want it.

When it comes to limiting my self, I choose not to deposit big in my bankroll, and I do it once each time I enter a gambling site, do you want to know how I'm doing it? I'm keeping my coins in electrum and my computer is in deep freeze mode, I would install my electrum wallet each time I want to gamble, I would deposit and amount and I would restart my pc then wait til my transaction arrive at my bankroll, I am sure that I would lose my interest if I stop and re install my electrum again just to deposit another amount.

I set limits to myself. I have a fear to get addicted on something, cause of I had a case already with computer games when they just appeared here.  Self control is the greatest thing which doesn't give me to spend all my mBTCs for gambling but use the biggest part for investment.

Yes i have i stop everytime 1 hour with 5 loses in a row that is my gambling strategy because you can see what is happening in gambling site here is you do straight time they always lose i dont know why but is what i see so i feel good if i do that because sometime i win.Try my strategy you  can what i do i bet 5 then i stop win or lose

So that's your limit if you lose for an hour 5 times straight in a row? And if you got 4 streak for an hour, you will extend it for another hour and will be back to 0 loss? Since you gave 1 hour allowance for it.

I know someone with the same strategy like this, he said that it is somehow effective, everytime he wins he stopped playing and will resume in the next days instead of hours. Does it really work? Because I didn't try it.

It might work for a particular person or that guy who is using this strategy it can work different for different people. It also depends on the gambling site or Casino that someone is going to. Logically speaking I think this trick works 70% of the time or at least above 50% because the house tries to make customers happy by making him winner for few shots.

Setting limits for your self is a way of self discipline when you play in gambling. During in a game, most of the time we can't control our limits due to the losses that we encountered. Also, it feels that our pride was affected and getting disappointed which made us challenged to bet again and in the end it will ruin our financial. Learning lessons from our mistakes will give us a guide to set limits in our self and to mindset that too much pride will collapsed everything we've been started.

Of course I do set up a limits for my self because if I'm not then perhaps I lost a lot of money long time ago. We need limitations in playing gambling because it is a descipline that prevent us to loss. Actually, I am not playing now because instead of income I always ended up on loss however, I used to play before that is why I know.

Doing what is necessary in gambling will help us to stay safe, there is a limit so we will be safe and we won't lose more than what we can afford to lose. When there is no limit, that means we are greedy, we do not have a good plan when to stop to minimize our loses and when to stop to take our profit when we are winning. I do im not a really a gambling fanatic,but i enjoy when i played because im doing
It for fun before i go i a table I'll make sure that i limit my self in terms of my capital
And same as my winning limit that when i achieve the winnings or when i loss the
Capital i will be good enough to stand and leave the table.

In the starting when I involved in the bitcoin and  comes aware about the bitcoin Gambling then I was much excited that Gambling in bitcoin is more profitbale but with fun and risk I lost about 0.2btc in one month .
So after the gap of the one month I started again and setted a limit for the Gambling .
Now my rule is to make Gambling with small amount and fun purpose only but making Gambling in limited only , daily with the first earn of the bet , I left the game of Gambling for that day ( sports betting better for me because there is no Josue edge to lower the chances for the earnings ) .
Here we should take care that we are going with Gambling for fun not to achieve any target to make big profit Because greediness is a way to lose the money only .

Well it's important especially if you only have enough money for a certain time. Only rich people i think don't mind and don't put up limits. For regular people like us its unadvisable to gamble constantly in the first place but if you really can't help it, setting up limits and keeping those limits are very importsnt
