Do you set up limits for yourself?

We all know that gambling is not only a fun but also potential danger. So are you limiting yourself somehow when gambling? DO you use casino's instruments to prevent you spending more money?
Or do you just limit yourself by setting a certain amount of money to spend? Or you don't limit yourself at all?

I always limiting myself on gambling, but i always tilted and in the end i busted all my money in gambling, shit dude it's really hard to control our greed especially when we on losing streak. I'm surprised if many gamblers out there can control theirself on gambling, he must be pro on it.

Its not actually pro already when you can able to control yourself because there are newbie gambler do have strong self control when it comes on money management and emotion handling when we do play. If you are always titled to lose in the end on playing gambling then you shouldnt expect to make money on it and instead of chasing those lose better to budget a particular amount on playing without minding on depositing again when you do lose up.

I try setting limits to my gambling but it is not easy at all. I normally get greedy or think I haven't won alot then try harder and bigger bets to chase and end u losing all. If you s gambler you need to oesrn to set limits or you will soesye lose everything. If you keep going mathematically you will fail so when the going good you stop. Good gwmboers know when to quit.

But definitely you will not go alone to a real casino for gambling, when you will be reaching your limit for your gambling you may go for asking loans from your friends in most of the cases assuming you are in the beginning days of gambling addictions.

to setup a limit is not a difficult job, but the most important is to follow that limit. most of the people in gambling do not have control over their emotions and therefore they cannnot control their emotions, and most of the time they cross the limited they have set for their gambling which cause them a big lost. i have a frined he alwys play gambling with a limit and i even observeb him for so many time that he even reach to his limit with in fe minutus and even then he decided to play any more and i think that is the main reason that he is still contineu gambling.

i believe everybody will have the same intention to set some limit on profit or lost.

but still everything could changed whenever your greedy come up and your plan messed up within a couple minutes right after you formulating the profit/lost limit. that is not something easy when it comes to gambling , you shouldn't think about profit/lost at all.

I set up a particular limit when I'm going to gamble, and time also. Because there's a limitation to everything to controll my greed and to prevent myself from being addictive to it. It is kinda simple it just need a discipline.

Yes of course. It is very important for me set my own limits when it comes to gambling. I avoid betting a huge amount of money and avoid the most to bet more than my allotted money for gambling. Losing in gambling is very awful and I know that it is not easy to earn money so I value every penny I have.

I gamble but I make sure that I have enough money for me to use for my daily expenses and that I have already saved some money before I allot an amount for gambling. I know how addiction can destroy a person’s life and I have witnessed some of my friends getting addicted that is why I am very careful not to lose myself while playing.

that wouldn't stop you from going over your limit because if you are known by casino owners they can give you extra chips on credit which would mean going over your set limit, trying is better than doing nothing..who knows it miight just work.

By understanding that you have to balance on whatever you do is very important, we do not only live because of gambling therefore we only put a limit on it, what I did is I always plan when I gamble and make sure everything that is written will be followed. Not only the money we are going to limit but also the time spent since if we started to exceed that time allocation it will be a risk for us that we might be addicted, with bigger exposure the more the riskier so we should know that stay on focus every time.

Always playing will be still considered addicted in gambling even you are limiting your self..
Limiting your self is just for reducing your gambling activity and reducing your loses every time you gamble..
because we actually know that we will just lose our money in the end in gambling.. To me i just limit only the gambling activity since i can't quit gambling i just gamble with limited bet and time..

yes setting a limit is too much important both in gambling as well as in trading. through this way we minimize the risk of losing money. but i think it is not so easy to follow  the limit  in  a good  way, most of the people even having good limit  for their playing gambling bit even they reach to their limit  they  continue gambling and do not care about their  limit.

Yes you are right, set up limits on gambling games gives us clear rules on gambling games
when is time to stop play gambling and when is time to stay gambling,

Setting up some limits is easier like 1-2-3 but stopping gambling within that limit is like climbing up Himalayas. You may not find your success that easier. I do see two types of gamblers are following those limits more easier : 1. Pro gamblers 2. Newbie gamblers. If you notice, these two types of gamblers are not into addictions yet or tackled addictions effectively.

A gambler must understand the benefits of setting up limit and following them strictly :
1. When we are stopping gambling within limit, we will never get gambling addictions.
2. Limiting gambling activities will result in limited losses.
3. Limiting ourselves will gain control over our emotions. Emotion control is the key everywhere.
