For an addicted gamblers setting up limits can be good and any self control protocols may follow as well. Self determination is good to have and that's difficult all the time specially when you're binded with your bad habits. Are you sure with number one, i dont think so because we set up the limit only for management but It does not guarantee you will not be addicted to gambling because if you lose you can make a deposit again. I think the addiction there is a sense of wanting something that we feel and no one can stop it.

Good you've learnt from those painful experiences, you have to set the right limits for yourself and stick to it no matter the outcome. Have a fixed bankroll per bet and never increase or decrease it if you win or loose. It's part of my success story really. I give no qualms if I'm winning all my bets on a particular day or not I just maintain the same momentum throughout.

I do limit myself to a certain amount when gambling in all, but when you are at the casino, its important that you limit yourself by taking a specified amount to the casino, the very environment there makes it hard to stop gambling, so the best option as i said earlier to take a certain amount of money there.

You should be responsible when it comes to your finances, whether you'll use it for gambling or not. But you should be more careful and focused if you'll use that in gambling. Because it can be gone within a split seconds of time. Limit small amount when you lose, stop or if you won some amount try to add some more but if you failed, stop.

     Yes, I agree with you . Gambling is really dangerous when it comes to financial . It will gave you a head ache and trouble, if you loss a big amount. And I do not want to become addictive in comes to gamble, so if ever I want to gamble I always limiting myself or control how much would I spend in the game.

    Once you do not limit spending your money or you do not control yourself to spend more and more money it is not possible you will be bank crupt and we all of us do not want it to happen. Just always remind yourself that you gamble because you want to have fun and to kill time.

We will set limit, but sometimes our excitement or our tension will make us invest some more money to play gambling. This feeling even I also get sometimes, but actually, this is not a good move we have to control our emotions and play only how much we setup limit and stop our game when our limits exist.
