My 2 cents leave the existing rules. With the new rules you are inviting nepotism that will upset some of the community members and hurt the coin negatively

We have distributed 3 rounds so far.
We have had some wonderful supporters, we also have seen some fudders and haters.
To make our community better, and to encourage helps from community, we decided to make the following changes in the distribution formula.

Airdrop Amount = (Total coins to be distributed) *  factor / sum(factor  number_of_member_type)
factor = ranking_factor * community_factor

community_factor default is 1, and dev team may assign higher (2 for double) the factor to certain members, who significantly helped this community.

All the members are encouraged to suggest to dev team (PM please) if you see people significantly helped the community.

Your feedback always welcomed and valued  

As much as I value your concern for the community, This approach might lead to abuse. Suggestions can be biased, and also alot of members will be patronizing you in falsehood. I believe a random approach is the best. Let the real supporters contribute to the project without expecting a reward. Send rewards at your discretion.

P.s. Let's have constant rules to uplift the credibility of this project.

Since exchange is approaching approval, its know that users can't dump >10%. Has there been any official statement what the dev will do with his 10% premined/what percentage of 10% he'll be selling off? This will honestly determine the value and health of this coin. Transparency will be key once markets are open.

Yeah, this is critical. If the dev team hold on tight to their coins we are going to the moon.

China users should use free or paid VPN service which can connect Tor network. If they can connect Tor over allowing VPN they are good to go.

Is he using the nodes given by Dev in OP If not ask him to add those nodes & I believe that should fix the sync problem

It will be same and some people who included in the support group will get bonus payments.

Nice Idea ... But how is this gonna work ? Like the factors on which support ranking will be decided ? Also who will vouch for people supporting Deeponion ? Like for example I vote twice on nova & will shortly be casting my 3rd one. Debated with Fuders in support for Onion... Who all will be vouching for me?

What dev decided makes a lot sense. Dev is not stupid, he or they know who contributed to the community the most and as valued members. It does not make sense to give double to someone who barely meet the requirement for airdrop and does not actively contribute.
